“The location is perfect if you like being near the beach and clubs. The house is gorgeous and and the pool is a lot bigger than i thought it would be. The communication was great they even set up a taxi to and from the airport as well as a trip to the marina. You can’t hear the nightlife from the house. My only criticism is that the beds were very squeaky and some doors were difficult to open so we couldn’t shut them.”

“Perfect stay photos do not do the accommodation justice! Massive property with everything you need plus extremely well looked after and clean.The view from the villa is amazing.The only thing is it is quite the way out of the town around a 7 minute drive which wasn’t an issue. Just not in real walking distance to much. Amazing place though and would recommend to anyone going to Portugal.”

“The villa was excellent and suited us perfectly for 7 adults and 4 children ages 7 - 13. (A lot of steps for younger children.) Very clean, well supplied for kitchen use. 1st and upper ground were well laid out, lower ground was less desirable, dark and smelt slightly musty, but adequate. Pool was a good size and well maintained. Gardens were well kept. Parking for 3 - 4 cars. Location was good, near enough to shops with a short drive but far enough out of the centre to be quiet. “On first reflection the villa appeared to be living up to expectations. However once entering the kitchen the stench was undescribable. It made us feel sick so we set about cleaning it which alliviated the stench however it put us off ever cooking in there. We tried to sit on the sun loungers however they were uncomfortable, brittle and felt they would break under pressure so we chose not to use them. We swam most days however could not stay in the pool too long as it was freezing. Therefore...

“Our time at the villa was a perfect. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Loved that the restaurants and supermarkets were just a short walk away from the villa. Made things so easy and stress-free. Being able to grab a bite or pick up essentials without any hassle was a big plus. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Great location! If you're heading to Albufeira, this place is a solid choice. Looking forward to coming back!”

“It was a nice house however the mattresses need an upgrade. There were some issues with some comforters with stains on it. Nice welcome package however garbage bags, dishwashing pucks and basic spices, like salt and pepper would have been nice. ”

“Positives 1. The house and property are stylish and spacious. 2. The location felt safe, was close to the beach and many conveniences. 3. Communication with the property management team was timely. Problems 1. Check in at 5pm was extremely inconvenient 2. Inability to store luggage at property, even AFTER check-out time for previous guest, created extra cost and trouble for us and took up much of our first day. "Struttura accogliente e in zona tranquilla. Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentile e letto comodissimo. Eccellente la colazione abbondante e varia. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile di fronte all'hotel e comodissima la navetta gratuita che fa da spola con la città alcune volte al giorno. Consigliatissimo "

Horrible

"full of humidity... shower quite often cold due to their ridicolous reliance to solar panels as heating system... found several big cockroaches.... toiletry inexistant... worst of all, when you book, they send you an email asking for letting them know if you are checking-in after 20:00, providing you are telling this one day earlier. If you do it, they answer that such request can be made only on... the same day of arrival! If you do it, they answer that... any arrival after 20:00 is considered a no show!!!"
