The location was good and the space was quiet and well-maintained. It looked like the photos but there were some surprises that impacted the quality of our stay. First, the bed was a double, rather than a queen. We are not accustomed to sleeping in such a small bed. Second, the pull-out bed is smaller than a single bed, it is not a double bed as it was described. Third, the laundry is in the main house, and access is provided around the host's schedule. We purposely chose a place with access to laundry because we like to travel very lightly - we had two changes of clothes. This meant we had to adjust our plans to be available when she was home and awake. Fourth, the place was not as clean we would have liked, specifically the dishes which required washing and the water that was provided in the fridge (which was nice bc the kitchen sink is so small, it is difficult to wash or fill up bottles) had dirt in it, which we didn't realize until after we drank it. Finally, it would just be nice to have a small table in the bathroom to have a place to put toiletries.
