***This Main home is attached to our little Cactus Casita ( Another unit that may have guests, consider it a Duplex ). Both have very separate entrances and designated parking spots with separable and private patios. However the units do share a wall and the gated parking carport. * We have priced both units accordingly. -- Units do NOT share the hot tub and is only for your use.

****Please note the security gate at the front of the home is NOT electric and will require you to open and close a manual lock to enter the property for your car(s) and is shared with the casita guests.

****Security lights surround the property. They remain on from dusk till dawn.

****Please note that you are booking a property in the heart of a downtown urban city close to a beautiful walking path to an historic park and hospitals and with that comes with the understanding that there may be more foot traffic and noise. You can expect to see elderly people walking to the nearby senior center, dog walkers, medical staff walking to work, bikers, kids walking to the 2 local schools, and the due to the proximity of downtown the occasional un-homed person. It's a fantastic location, so keep in mind that you're booking a downtown urban property and please consider this before making your reservation so that the location is not a negative factor in your anticipated and pleasurable experience or in your review of the home.
