“The fridge in the room did not work. And there was some noticeable marks on the shower curtain. And water damage/mold on the ceiling in bathroom.”

“Hairs were clinging onto the bed and pillow sheets from the last wash, I'm assuming. Asked for extra bedding from the front, and they were accommodating. Unfortunately, we were awoken by a loud alarm around 7 am, scaring us awake. Glad to know their emergency system works, but I also would've loved a full night's rest. I don't fault the hotel for the faulty alarm though! (Though it should be looked at since it has happened yesterday as well according to other patrons...)”

“I requested a quiet room not to far from elevator. They gave me a room at the end of a long hall right next to the interstate highway. I requested another room and they refused to. I contacted Expedia and you wouldn't help me either. I will never use Expedia again! ”
