Il nostro posto è situato nella zona di Nob Hill / Ridgecrest, a pochi passi da numerosi splendidi parchi ea pochi minuti dall'aeroporto, dalle scuole, dai ristoranti, dallo shopping e dai divertimenti. Che tu sia in città per affari o per piacere, la nostra casita è stata creata per darti tutti i comfort di casa.

NOTA: questa casa non è sicura o adatta a bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni o agli animali domestici. Il cortile non è completamente recintato, i mobili non sono fissati alle pareti e nulla è a prova di bambino. Sebbene amiamo gli animali, non accettiamo animali domestici, quindi possiamo assicurarci di poter offrire un ambiente ipoallergenico per gli altri.

LO SPAZIO:
Speriamo che troverai la nostra casa elegante, confortevole, funzionale e perfettamente pulita!
Questa casa è stata completamente rinnovata dai perni nel 2018 con nuovi impianti idraulici, elettrici, pareti in argilla personalizzate ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Nel settembre 2019, è stato arredato con nuovissimi mobili, tessuti, lenzuola, biancheria da letto e stoviglie moderni di metà secolo.
Tra tutti gli ospiti, la casita viene pulita professionalmente dall'alto verso il basso (da un professionista più pulito, che paghiamo bene).
L'interno e l'esterno sono regolarmente spruzzati con un pesticida atossico da un'azienda professionale. Le creature inquietanti fanno parte dell'ecosistema nel sud-ovest e mentre facciamo il possibile per tenerle lontane, è probabile che si verifichino bug mentre si trovano ad Albuquerque / ABQ / Alburquirky / DukeCity / Burque / The505 / Alburqueerky / Tamalewood. Detto questo, non abbiamo riscontrato bug all'interno della casa.

ACCESSO PER GLI OSPITI:
Gli ospiti avranno accesso privato all'intera casa, cortile e vialetto.

Abbiamo 2) camere da letto con porte 1) camera da letto che ha 2 divani letto e non ha una porta 2) bagni completi, 3) Grandi armadi, una grande TV intelligente nel soggiorno, una smart TV nella camera matrimoniale, un camino a gas, una piccola postazione di lavoro (OK, è un armadio che abbiamo deciso è una postazione di lavoro) e internet che funziona bene all'interno della casa (a volte è un po 'fuori posto).

C'è una cucina completa, fornita di spezie, olio, caffè / tè e tutti gli strumenti necessari per cucinare un pasto fantastico, una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice gratuite e detergenti.

Il parcheggio è semplicissimo! C'è un lungo vialetto sul quale si può facilmente montare 2) Ford F-150 o potrebbe ospitare un camion e un piccolo rimorchio, c'è anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito in strada.

Le uniche aree vietate sono i 2 piccoli armadi contrassegnati con "PRIVATO", uno si trova vicino alla porta d'ingresso e l'altro è vicino alla porta della lavanderia. Vi è ampio spazio nei restanti 3) ampi armadi per ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Il garage non è inoltre a disposizione degli ospiti.

Wonderful Albuquerque adobe cottage!

We had a lovely stay at this adorable rental. We were in town to attend the Gathering of Nations powow and chose this rental for its proximity to everything and safe location. This is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed an and it was extremely clean!!! Everything you could want was provided in abundance. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Just the best stay ever!

Great place

Loved the location, ease of getting to it and how quiet it was, even though it’s close to the airport. The house is adorable - loved the set up, the photos, the backyard, the night lighting - perfect! The bathrooms were fab, the sitting areas plentiful, the master bed is excellent, the other bed is hard (only complaint). Wonderful set up, close to everything - definitely renting again. Loved it!

Perfect getaway house :)

This house is wonderful! So clean and comfortable. Love the decorations, both inside and outside. We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 3 and it went perfectly! :) :)

Great host!

The house was very clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood was in a great location for walks, and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Amaris was always quick to respond to any of our questions while staying there. We definitely recommend this home.

First visit

First time in new mexico and turns out I'm a genius. Great location for all the things you would expect we would do (including the university of new mexico observatory public access on friday nights).Shockingly easy access to airport. Super comfortable well appointed house that my wife pointed out we moved into, spread out and made a home away from home

Weather culprit not host in reducing one star.

The little house was perfect for us with a gas cooking stove, a kitchen with every tool you need, separate bedrooms and a large washer and dryer. When the ductless split heating units in the bedrooms failed to handle the early blast of winer complete with 6 inches of snow, the host offered to refund the entire amount. Not wanting to pack our groceries and belongings we stayed with a space heater provided by the owner. for the coldest room. We were so glad we stay and enjoyed the charming house. We regret weather did not let us enjoy the amazing backyard and get to take walks around the beautiful older classic New Mexico neighborhood.

Great property

My husband, aunt and I stayed here while visiting our nieces at University of NM. Location was great and house was perfect for the 3 of us. We really enjoyed the backyard sitting area in the evenings.

Long term Friends reunion

Finding a location in ABQ, NM, had many options. Two friends were traveling from the East Coast and the 3rd friend lives in ABQ. The East Coast friends searched for a location, in the quaint, quiet, quirky region of Nob Hill. The neighborhood is a bit of walk distance to Nob Hill and Central Ave, but so quiet and well cared for neighborhood. We ate @ The Farmacy and Gecko in Nob Hill. The house exterior has the deep turquoise color of the South West. The interior is beautifully renovated with high end kitchen, quartz counters and gorgeous stove. Unfortunately, we were out and seeing sights so often, we did not cook. The beds and bedrooms were well appointed with deep closets and comfortable beds. There were 2 of us as adult guests and each had our own bathroom. Not an en-suite, but not a problem. One bathroom had a tub and one bathroom had a large, open shower. Lots of different seating arrangements throughout the house. The gem of this charming home is the backyard. There is a covered patio site, an open patio site with umbrella for outdoor eating. There is a fire pit, with wood supply and quirky art and crated art along the privacy enclosed backyard. We used the back covered porch for morning stretches and chair yoga exercises. (We are in the senior category of age). This was an excellent location, lovely home and host was very responsive to all questions which we had.

Cozy, stylish home in a quiet neighborhood

This home was the perfect place to relax and visit with family. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The small park nearby and the cool backyard were a welcome respite.

Nice Stay

Stayed here with my parents on a trip to ABQ for a football game. The space fit us very well with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home was very close to the airport and the University. The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant our entire stay. My dad walks 6 miles every morning and he was easily able to walk this neighborhood and bordering neighborhoods safely. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and we’d stay here again if we find ourselves coming back to ABQ.

Charming Deco House

Home was comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen well stocked. Individual ac /heater units a bit tricky to operate - maybe operator error. Living room couch should be positioned so not to bump your head on counter. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Could use some hooks to hang clothes. Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor seating.
