Thoughtfully decorated with bold accents, it features a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private backyard for relaxing. Located in the Southeast Heights of Albuquerque, 5015 Pershing Ave SE is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that offers a peaceful stay with easy access to many of the city’s key attractions. This area is known for its mature trees, walkable streets, and friendly, diverse community. Guests will find themselves just minutes from Kirtland Air Force Base, Sandia National Laboratories, and the Albuquerque International Sunport, making it an ideal spot for both leisure and business travelers.

Location was great. Nice enclosed yard for our pets. Home well stocked with nice furnishings. Home very clean and well cared for. Had a small problem with TV and owner helped fix it.
