Appartamenti a Alby-sur-Cheran

“The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included. Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others. We...

“Truly lovely apartment. Met all of our needs, with maybe the exception of AC, but we knew that going in. The terrace was probably our favorite part. Absolutely loved our visit to Annecy and this apartment and location made it even better.”

“Location was great. Air conditioning was amazing. The black-out blinds were super helpful. It wasn’t great that there was no laundry detergent. Why provide a washing machine if you’re not going to provide at least a small amount of detergent (which costs maybe 1). Shower is small but that’s pretty standard in Europe.”

“Superbe séjour très bien situé ”

“The apartment is in a very interesting building in the centre of town. Perfect toy located to walk anywhere, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast was included which was perfect, and was delivered every morning to the door of the apartment. Really yummy and convenient. Overall a great choice in Annecy”

“The apartment was great - clean, with everything you need. Location was excellent and close to restaurants and shops. The Old Town was beautiful. ”

“I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. ”

“Not as advertised. No laundry machine, no balcony, communication was extremely difficult.”

“Amazing location right in the middle of the old town. Nice layout. They aren’t joking about the sketchy stairway but it is sturdy, you must be careful. Unfortunately the fans didn’t work during this hot week but the evenings were a bit cooler. Communication is difficult since it is another company that manages the property. A bit frustrating.”
