  • Casa Oliveira è stata recentemente costruita in una splendida e privata posizione su una collina con vista panoramica verso l'Atlantico e la baia di Sao Martinho. Viste fantastiche sono fornite da finestre dal pavimento al soffitto a tutta altezza e terrazze solarium. All'interno della casa è elegante con molto pensiero dato al design degli interni tra cui la qualità e il comfort dei mobili. I letti sono stati scelti per la migliore notte di sonno con lenzuola bianche di qualità. C'è una cucina moderna completamente attrezzata con bar per la colazione e zona pranzo. Le aree interne offrono un sacco di spazio per diverse attività tra cui una splendida zona giorno open space al piano terra con una TV / area giochi al livello inferiore che dà accesso diretto alla piscina. All'esterno ci sono una serie di terrazze solarium con mobili da pranzo all'aperto, la piscina e la zona barbecue, un giardino mediterraneo e frutteto, il tutto immerso in una splendida campagna. La piscina è nominata per stare al sole tutto il giorno. Alcune mute e mazze da golf sono forniti.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in Paul's lovely villa. It is very peaceful with lots of space and stunning views.All the bedrooms are large, and so are the beds. The villa makes the most of the outdoor space with multiple balconies and a very nice pool area. The pool was a good size, a good temperature and cleaned weekly.Plenty of pots & pans for cooking in a well equipped kitchen, and there was a good barbeque area by the pool.The villa is in a semi-rural location with a few neighbours and a 10min stroll to the wonderful Rebelo bakery in the village of Casal do Pardo. We enjoyed the peace & quiet the location gave us, and it was a short drive into San Martinho do Porto, Salir do Porto, Nazare, Alcobaca & Caldas da Rainha. There are a couple of supermarkets a 10 mins drive away, and a small local shop in the village.It's location is great for exploring, with Lisbon, Porto, Tomar and other lovely places less than 2 hrs away, but a short drive away, both Foz do Alerho & Bom Successo on the Obidos lagoon are great for a day out at the beach with calm waters, and Obidos is a must visit to wander it's lovely narrow streets and walked fortifications.We all enjoyed the villa and would definitely return. It is as nice as the pictures, if not more so.Thank you Paul for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, sauber, mit Blick aufs Meer (Baía de São Martinho do Porto), großzügiger Abstand zu den wenigen Nachbarn. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Pool war auch im April beheizt.

Large villa with fabulous views

The Villa was perfect for us as a family of 6. You are at the top of a hill so proving stunning views of the area/town all around. Car is essential for property as nothing really in walking distance.

Fantastisk ophold i smuk udsigtsvilla

Yderst velfungerende og velindrettet villa med skøn udsigt. De forskellige terrasser giver mulighed for ophold ude alt efter hvor sol og vind gør det behageligt. Poolen ligger i læ for den fremherskende nordvesten vind og er derfor behagelig selv på blæsende dage.

Beautiful villa in Portugal

We stayed 11 Days at this beautiful villa. We had a wonderful vacation. The villa was huge, exactly like the pictures suggest and clean. Very quiet place, except for some barking dogs, but thats alright. Pool was awesome, always had the right temperature. Logistics are very good. We gad no problem to get anywhere. We can really recomend this place!

The views!

The views are better than the pictures! We enjoyed our week stay very much at this property taking advantage of the peaceful location, clean pool, outdoor grill area and balcony and open floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked for our many meals at the house which included a few leftover Tupperware’s, plenty of utensils, cups, plates and cooking dishes. The location Is ideal being less than hour drive to many areas for day trips (Sintra, Nazare, Fátima, Batalha, Peniche). We have no complaints on this property-highly recommend.

Beautiful villa with wonderful pool and views!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. We had everything we could possibly wish for with the pool and table tennis table being the highlights! Being a family of 6 adults, we really appreciated all the space, both indoors and outdoors so we never felt on top of each other. The beds were also super-comfy. One very minor downside was that the wifi downstairs wasn’t reliable but that couldn’t detract from a fabulous two weeks. Thank you, Paul and Denise!

Excellent villa with beautiful views

If you want to stay in a modern, really well equipped villa on the Silver Coast look no further. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms all have rain showers with lashings of hot water. The kitchen has more than enough equipment to cater for 8 people with ease. We spent a lot of time relaxing around the lovely pool and gardens with fantastic views of Sao Martinho do Porto in the distance. The owners Debbie and Kim go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your holiday. We do not normally write reviews but this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. A Serene Coastal Escape with Unforgettable Sunset Views

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning villa and can’t recommend it highly enough! The villa, with its four spacious bedrooms, is not only beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The serene and quiet location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet it’s still conveniently located. The pool area is fantastic – we spent a lot of time there enjoying the peaceful surroundings. However, the true highlight of this property is the breathtaking view of the sea. Watching the sunsets every evening from the terrace was a magical experience that we’ll cherish forever. The modern amenities added a nice touch to our stay. Communication with Peter and Denise, the owners, was seamless and straightforward. They were always available and made us feel incredibly welcome.

50th wedding anniversary get away

This is a stunning property with the most amazing views. My only reservation is that it has no air conditioning nor bug screens on the patio doors. The villa is surrounded by countryside greenery and therefore there are quite a lot of flies as a result. We found that if we left the doors open to try to stay cool, we were giving them a free invitation. To make the property just perfect in every way, either air con or screens would do the trick as it’s a beautiful spot.

Wonderful Property - Wonderful Stay

As Vrbo is not working properly for me, I can't answer all the questions. The headings for the questions are not visible, so I'm just giving it 5 stars across the board. The only reason cleanliness (only heading I caught) was 4 stars was because we were the first guests of the season and there were some dust bunnies and salt crystals on the dishes. We didn't know what it was and had to have it identified. That said, we had a wonderful stay at the villa. The home is truly beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and has the most amazing view. The sunsets were beautiful. The beds are so comfortable, I wish I could have taken it home with us. There were six of us, all family, with no young children. We did find the walls a little thin, but that was fine. The location was excellent for seeing the silver coast and central Portugal. The drive to Lisbon wasn't that bad, but Porto made for a long day - well worth it. We found wonderful restaurants close to the villa (especially Solar dos Amigos) and and the Pingo supermarket in Tornado was not that far a drive. Everyone in our party would highly recommend this villa. The only suggestion we would have for Paul - who was very helpful, is, when your first quests of the season are arriving in February, after a cold snap, it would have been nice to have had the windows closed and the heat in the primary rooms turned on, so that we were not uncomfortable for several hours. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Wundervolles Haus mit phantastischer Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Für uns als 3 Generationen Familie war es ideal, der Pool ist sehr groß und die Kinder hatten einen riesen Spaß. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto, aber das war uns durch die Beschreibung auch klar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es sehr gut Supermärkte und auch genügend Restaurants. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Excelente para ferias em família e descanso

Uma ótima casa, com uma boa piscina e vista para a Baia de São Martinho do Porto. Uma casa de linhas modernas muito bem decorada e devidamente equipada e com todas as comunidades para uns excelentes dias de ferias para relaxar. 3 pisos para descansar, desfrutar ou diversão. Localizada numa zona sossegada fica apenas a uns minutos de carro do Centro de São Martinho. Anfitriões muito simpáticos e muito disponíveis a ajudar prontamente no que for preciso.
