Welcome to this lovely house for 6 guests on the first sea line with a direct access to Alcanada beach.
The exteriors of this amazing house are really beautiful. Various terraces are furnished and decorated specially to make you enjoy your time in them, having breakfast with sea views, preparing tasty barbecues, sunbathing or even reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best of all is that in front of them, there is a large garden area that reaches you directly to the sea. Right here you can swim next to the ships if you want to, although the pebbled beach is situated only 450 meters away or some minutes walking.

The house has two floors. On the main floor you find a spacious living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite-TV, DVD and sea view. The kitchen invites you to cook on the gas cooker. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower and one on the upper floor with bathtub. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. Three also have wardrobes and two have access to one of the terraces. A cot, a high chair, three fans and four radiators are available.

Alcanada is a very quiet and familiar urbanisation in the coast, since it is inhabited by the local people. There you can find some small supermarkets and a restaurant as well as a golf course. Its beach is a marvel if you are looking for being calmly and access to the beach in only few steps. In the small island situated in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, features a lighthouse. Keep in mind that if you feel like going to a sandy beach, you must drive to Puerto de Alcúdia, at 2.9 km.

Lage top - Haus leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Ganz klar: Alleine der Ort und diese Aussicht sind eine Reise wert. Morgens auf die riesige Terrasse zu treten und diese Aussicht zu genießen, hat definitiv etwas.Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und freundlich. Da gibt's nix zu beanstanden.Problematisch hingegen ist schon eher der Zustand des Hauses. Ob Küchengegenstände oder verschiedene Polstermöbel: Hier gehört definitiv etwas modernisiert, oft riecht es recht modrig aus dem einen oder anderen Zimmer. Das betrifft vor allem ältere Sessel, zum Glück aber nicht die (recht guten) Betten.Ansonsten alles in allem ein schöner Ort zum Abschalten.

Beautiful View in an Average Accommodation

Spectacular view with nice outdoor seating. The house itself is just OK. Needs new bed linens, towels, and pillows. Hot water supply is VERY limited...during a brief 5 minute shower, the hot water completely shuts off for 20-30 seconds at a time. No air conditioning in house and fans are only provided upon request. Very basic charcoal barbecue, which is OK, but need to provide charcoal starter. One word of caution...after we paid the eco tax to the owner the day before we left, the hot water was mysteriously turned off (by the owner?) until we left the next morning...

Sehr schönes Haus, traumhafte Lage!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist in sehr schön mallorcinisch eingerichtet, der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Die Lage ist sehr schön, man hat von der Terrasse aus einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen tollen Balkon mit dem gleichen traumhaften Blick. Das Haus liegt am Meer, zwischen Haus und Meer führt eine Straße entlang, die allerdings sehr ruhig ist und nicht stört. Es gibt in der Nähe (5Min zu Fuß) einen kleinen Strand und einen Supermercado, in dem man vieles bekommt. Das Haus hat auch seine Schwächen. Die Duschen sind eingeschränkt zu gebrauchen, die Duschköpfe sind verkalkt, der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach. Wir waren jeden Tag baden und haben uns nach dem Baden mit dem Gartenschlauch abgespritzt, was für uns kein Problem mehr war. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, auch hier ist der Wasserdruck nicht so dolle. Die Schlafzimmer (4 Zimmer mit großen schönen Doppelbetten) sind sehr großzügig, ebenso das sehr schöne Wohnzimmer. Die Umgebung ist sehr attraktiv, man kann tolle Ausflüge machen.Wie haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.
