Welcome to this beautiful chalet located at only 350 meters from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, offering accommodation for 6 people.
The exterior of this fantastic chalet are really nice. In front of the house, there is a beautiful area to have breakfast in tranquility every morning. Furthermore, in the rear of the house there is a space even more beautiful, designed to spend time relaxing. You can enjoy a nice lawn space to sunbathe on it or on one of the two sunbeds. You also have a seesaw for a calm reading or a rest after having an appetizer under the umbrella and a tasty barbecue under the porch. This terrace has views and direct access to the beautiful lake of Puerto de Alcúdia.

The house has two beautiful living rooms, one of them with TV and the other one with air conditioning. The kitchen-dining room is really large and has a ceramic stove and all the necessary utensils and domestic appliances to as if you were at home. The laundry is separate and has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are four bedrooms, three of them with a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms offer a double bed and the other two have a single bed in each. Although there is an air conditioner in the distributor. There is availability for a cot and a highchair. Finally, there are two bathrooms with shower that serve the entire house.

The accommodation is located in an area full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc., so you have access on foot to all the necessary facilities. But the best part is that the beach is only 350 meters away or what would be a pleasant and short walk. In case you wish to move and visit other places, in high season, the bus runs every 15 minutes, for example, towards the town of Ca’n Picafort, Puerto de Pollença, Alcúdia and other addresses such as Palma. The old town of Alcúdia with its cobbled streets and old walls will enchant you, where on Thursdays and Sundays there is a market.

No lo volveré a alquilar

La casa no vale el aquiler que piden por ella! Colchones y sommieres hundidos, poco agua en las duchas, teniamos que lavarnos el pelo con la manguera exterior, el anuncio decia que habia ventiladores en todas las habitaciones (ahora lo han rectificado) y no los tenía, nos trajeron 2 ventiladores para 4 habitaciones, uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba bien echaba hielo al apagarlo. No teniamos ki bayeta, nivtrapo de cocina, ni un papel higiénico al llegar, una sola llave lo reclamamos y nunca nos trajeron la segunda llave, eramos dos familias y si una decidia quedarse en casa durmiendo teniamos que eejar la casa abierta, para que pudieran salir al despertar. La casa no vale lo que piden por ella. No la recomiendo.

Nettes Häuschen mit schöner Terasse

Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Schönes Haus mit sehr schöner Terasse zum draussen sitzen. Einziges Manko: Im April zu kalt und eine Heizung gibt es nicht.

Schönes Haus

Schönes Haus in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Betten waren allerdings nicht so schön. Haben gequietscht bei jeder Bewegung, bei einem Bett war die Matratze so durch, dass man das Gefühl hatte zu versinken. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön!
