Impressive house in Alcúdia with private pool and beautiful views of the mountains, 4.5 km from the beach and with capacity for 8 guests.
Start the day with a refreshing bath in the 8.5 x 4.5meter freshwater pool. It is kept clean with chlorine and has a water depth of 1 - 1,9m. Loungers invite you to relax on the pool terrace. To protect yourself from the midday sun there is a furnished pergola. The staircase leads from the pool terrace to the well kept garden with large lawn area for children to play and the furnished veranda, ideal for barbecues with friends and family.

The decor of the 2-storey house is rustic and you will immediately feel at home. Relax a moment in the living - dinning area or watch a program on the satellite TV (German and English channels) before you prepare together one of your favourite dishes. The dining area can seat 8 people. In the kitchen, with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, and much more, you will miss nothing. The well was formerly used for water supply, but today has only decorative purposes. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

In total, the house has 4 double bedrooms,all of them on the first floor. Three of them have two single beds and one has a double bed. In addition, upstairs there are two bathrooms with bathtub. Another bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have beautiful views to the fields and are equipped with air conditioning as well as a wardrobe. A baby cot and high chair can be prepared on request. In one of the rooms there is a small safe.

The villa is located in the mountains, but at the same time only 4.5 km from Playa de Muro. It is a long beach with fine, white sand that connects the towns of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. There are areas where there is no construction and you can enjoy nature and an intact dune system. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find a wide range of entertainment, many restaurants, supermarkets, beach bars and playgrounds. The natural park of S'Albufera is open all year round and houses a wide variety of animals, especially birds.

Entspannter Finca Urlaub

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Gartengrundstück mit schönem Pool und Blick auf die Serra de Tramuntana. Schöner BBQ Bereich. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit den Ansprechpartnern. Danke für das welcome package : ) und den late check out.

fabulous villa with private pool and lots of parking

We absolutely loved the villa. Other people may not like the fact you have to use a car to get anywhere (unless you have a bike) and there is a slight hum for the nearby factory, neither bothered us. To be really picky, the accommodation would benefit from: - Small items being present. For example: hand wash in bathrooms, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (only 3 were provided) and some washing powder. We brought our own at the supermarket but had lots left over. -The TV room got chilly in the evening (due to unseasonably cold weather). We worked out how to use the burner present, but an instruction manual would have been handy. Four of us stayed at this property for a week and we really enjoyed it - we had PLENTY of space! Everything was just as described and we were very happy. Plus points for us were: - There was lots of entertaining space (inside and outside). - Lots of seats and sun beds set up around the pool, although due to the weather we only actually used the pool once during our stay. - Plenty of off street parking, which is gated so felt very secure. - Overall the villa was very well equipped - all the cooking equipment we needed, plus a washing machine and dishwasher which were very handy. - All bedrooms were very well presented and comfortable. - 3 bathrooms. - The owner/holiday company were very friendly, access to the property on our first day was very smooth and easy. We will definitely be returning :-)

Like · Everything else great. Lovely pool and outside area, don't be put off staying here just because of limited cutlery etc. Lovely villa and would sty again Dislike · Just silly things, no big glass like half pint, can opener old and dirty, not enough cutlery, would have thought we might have had a bed linen change within a 9 night stay.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Selbst mit 10 Personen hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und die Einrichtung des Hauses sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Es ist an alles gedacht. Die Fotos lügen also nicht. Ein Taxi bis zum Stand kostet 13 Euro. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad jedoch nicht so einfach möglich.
