It offers beautiful and spacious outdoor areas with a large swimming pool, furnished terraces and a spectacular garden with a wide variety of native plants. An ideal place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the wonderful weather of the island. Bear in mind that since this is a mountain area, the drive from the road to the house is not made up.



The property consists of three double bedrooms, one of them in a bungalow which also has a private full bathroom. The main area has a comfortable and functional living-dining room overlooking the terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.



The nearest town is Alcúdia, whose old quarter is an idyllically historic place. Here you can visit the ancient Roman city of Pollentia or stroll along the medieval wall that surrounds the old town. In addition, every Tuesday and Sunday a large weekly market is held, where you can find a wide variety of local and international products. Alcúdia town itself is definitely a must, where you can enjoy the many facilities the place offers: restaurants specializing in local and international cuisine, shops, supermarkets, artisan ice-cream shops, clothing stores, bus and taxi services and so on. It is very near the bay of Alcúdia, famous for its long stretches of sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The bay of Pollença, famous for its sandy and rocky coves and beaches, is also very close.

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in two bedrooms and the living room. In the master room with double bed you will find a ceiling fan.
