"Mimosa" - Un bellissimo appartamento, modernizzato per 4 persone in modo che tu possa goderti vacanze speciali nel cuore della marina di Alcudia.



La sua fantastica vista sul mare dal terrazzo dove potrai fare colazione o cenare godendoti la vista e la vicinanza alla zona pedonale del Porto di Alcudia ti regalano delle vacanze perfette



Il soggiorno con cucina integrata è luminoso e mediterraneo ed è dotato di Smart TV. La cucina di lusso con gli utensili necessari e stoviglie di qualità è ideale per una degustazione di alto livello. Un tavolo nel soggiorno cucina e un altro sulla terrazza ti permetteranno di scegliere dove degustare le tue creazioni culinarie.



L'appartamento con capacità per quattro persone distribuite in due camere da letto, di stile curato, è stato decorato con classe e buon gusto. Una delle camere da letto ha un bagno in suite con doccia e letto matrimoniale con tv. Nell'altra camera, ci sono due letti singoli. C'è un altro bagno con doccia nell'alloggio.

Tutto attrezzato con aria condizionata e wifi.



Il balcone ha lo spazio per vedere l'alba sul mare, per godersi la mattina con una buona colazione, prendere il sole durante il giorno o finire la serata romantica con tapas e un bicchiere di vino.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wirklich tolle Aussicht vom Balkon des Appartements auf den Hafen von Alcudia.Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, sowohl Strand, als auch Supermärkte, Bäckerei und Lokale sind in Gehweite.Die Anmietung und der Bezug des Appartements waren völlig problemlos, ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

De nombreux parkings gratuits à proximité donc un véhicule peut être utile pour visiter les villes à proximité : Soller, Alcudia, la playa de Muro qui est une plage magnifique... Nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec 2 adolescents et dans ce cas, avoir 2 salles de douche est vraiment appréciable... contrairement aux précédents commentaires, nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème avec l'eau. nous recommandons les activités : excursion en catamaran et jet ski à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden und entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos! Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl, auch wenn das ein oder andere Möbelstück einige Gebrauchsspuren aufweist und mal erneuert werden könnte! Die Aussicht und die Umgebung sind toll und übertragen unsere Erwartungen! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist einwandfrei und selbst bei Problemen (am Abend) war sofort jemand telefonisch erreichbar und kam sogar umgehend vorbei!

Very comfortable accommodation. Had all the accessories you would need on a holiday. In the centre of all attractions. Views of the marina and beyond. Very good public transport and private hire if needed. If possible to be more flexible on travel dates as some properties have starting dates only on Saturday to Saturday times when airlines have their highest prices. More people would prefer week days to bring the airlines cost down..

Wunderschönes Appartement in bester Lage

Die Wohnung bietet einen phantastischen Ausblick auf den Hafen, durch die Sonneneinstrahlung von morgens bis abends sind die Räume hell und in Herbst und Winter angenehm temperiert. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Strand, Restaurants und Läden sind alle fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einen grossen Kühlschrank, aber kein Gefrierfach, das ist schade. Es fehlen Wolldecken, in Herbst und Winter reichen die Bettlaken nicht. Die Ausstattung mit Porzellan ist etwas dürftig.

The perfect location!

Lovely to wake up every morning with a view over the sea and the harbour. The apartment was very clean, very good house keeping staff. The apartment could do with a update, the mattress very worn, all the pillows, bed linen need to be replaced so do the towels. Only seating for 2 indoors when is a apartment for 4. It also would be nice to have some beach towels. The washing machine is up on the roof terrace and shared with other apartments, i know this as someone had put my clean washing on the floor. Be aware!

Immer wieder schön

Wir waren bereits das 4. mal in der Wohnung und begrüssen sehr, dass es einen neuen Kühl Gefrierschrank und eine neue Waschmaschine gibt. Auch die neue Zugangsregelung ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist optimal, auch der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar, sowie viele Restaurants und Cafes. Allerdings muss man auch eine musikalische Berieselung durch die Gastronomie auf dem Balkon hinehmen. Die Betten sind unterster Standard, sie verrutschen ständig und die Matrazen sind bald am Ende ihrer Lebenszeit angekommen. Das vorhandene Geschir ist spärlich. Es fehlt eine deutsche Anleitung zum Betrieb der Aircondition. Ebenso ein Hinweis, wie man den TV von spanischen Programmen auf SAT umstellt. Eine Bereitstellung von Alzweckreiniger und WC-Reiniger, vor allem wenn man mehrer Wochen anreist, wäre erfreulich.

Traumhafte Lage und klasse Service

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit einem Startpaket an Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel, Lappen und einem Handtuch ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Promenade, Hafen, Meer und Berge. Rund um die Wohnung findet man alles, was man benötigt vom Bäcker über Supermarkt bis hin zu unzähligen Restaurants und einem großen öffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Wie bereits anderen Gästen beschrieben, funktioniert das Wifi nur im Wohnbereich gut. In den Schlafzimmern ist es hingegen sehr schlecht bzw. geht es gar nicht. Der Wasserboiler ist unserer Meinung nach für drei Personen zu klein dimensioniert, so dass man sich bei gleichzeitigen Duschen etwas einteilen musste, aber damit ging es dann. Der Service der Agentur ist vorbildhaft mit sehr schnellen Antwortzeiten. Ein defekter Warmwasserboiler wurde innerhalb eines Tages getauscht, so das wir am selben Tag wieder duschen konnten. Echt klasse! Wir können die Agentur und die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!?

Schöne und saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und mit einem kleinen Paket an Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel, Lappen und einem Handtuch ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Promenade, dem Hafen mit dem Meer und den umliegenden Bergen. Rund um die Wohnung findet man alles, was man benötigt vom Bäcker über Supermarkt bis hin zu unzähligen Restaurants und einem großen öffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Der Service der Agentur ist vorbildhaft mit sehr schnellen Antwortzeiten. Während unseres Aufenthalts ging der Warmwasserboiler kaputt, welcher dann innerhalb eines Tages getauscht wurde und wir so noch am selben Tag wieder warm duschen konnten. Echt klasse! Für drei Personen war etwas zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden, so dass dieses täglich gereinigt werden musste und die Geschirrspülmaschine so immer halb leer betrieben werden musste. Das Wifi funktioniert nur im Wohnbereich richtig gut. In den Schlafzimmern ist hingegen sehr schlecht bzw. gar nicht. Der Wasserboiler war für drei Personen zu klein dimensioniert, so dass man sich bei gleichzeitigen Duschen etwas einteilen musste. Entgegen der Beschreibung im Inserat besitzt das zweite Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage. Das war bei uns nicht weiter schlimm, da durch die Temperatur noch keine Klimaanlage notwendig war, aber für zukünftige Urlauber sollte hier eine korrekte Angabe erfolgen. Folgende Utensilien haben wir vermisst, was einen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten würde: - Tablett zum raus tragen von Geschirr und Lebensmittel auf den Balkon - Topflappen und einen weiteren Topfuntersetzer - Thermoskanne für den Kaffee - Sonnenliege auf dem Balkon - Wäschekorb - zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel

Die Lage. Ausstattung der Küche. Der Abfluss in einer Dusche war fast zu. Es fehlt eine Fernbedienung für eine Klimaanlage. Die Matratzen sind schon alt. Bei 4 Personen sollte auch Platz zum sitzen sein im Wohnzimmer.

Der Blick ist es Wert

Alles zusammen war sehr gut. Der Blick aufs Wasser ist unglaublich, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Lage! Die Ausstattung des Apartments selbst könnte besser sein. Die Habdtücher wäre. Sehr abgenutzt und Die Balkonstühle sehr fleckig und rostig. man muss aber dazu sagen, dass wir schon Ende September Gäste waren und vermutlich die letzten im Saison. Die Küche und die Bäder sind top! Agentur Service war sehr freundlich und kam uns entgegen mit dem späteren Auschecken. Alles zusammen war top und wir haben unseren Irlaub sehr genossen.

Fabulous

We stayed at the property for two weeks and found the apartment excellent. There are so many bars and good restaurants nearby, Negre below, Umma for tapas and Sa Gavina right on the beach for great food and cocktails all are within a two minute walk from the property. The apartment is well appointed with quality appliances and the balcony catches the sun from first thing in the morning through to last thing at night, we got some great use of that! The beach is very close by and the supermarket just over the road is fantastic with fresh bread every day. The managing agents, IPM were fantastic from start to finish and made our stay effortless, thanks to them. All in all an amazing holiday 😀

Tolles Apartment mit wirklich schöner Lage. Immer wieder gerne

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und wie auf den Bilder dargestellt. Die Abwicklung und Schlüsselübergabe liefen unkompliziert und ohne größeren Aufwand. Der nächste Strand ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Hier bekommt man alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist ok. Es könnten ein paar zusätzliche Tassen und Gläser vorhanden sein. Außerdem ist es so vorgesehen, dass jeder Gast ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch bekommt und dies für eine Woche genutzt werden soll. Das finde ich persönlich etwas wenig. Uns wurde auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass dies so ist, weil eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist und man ja jederzeit waschen könne. Der in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Fön fehlte. Nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur wurde innerhalb von zwei Stunden ein neuer Fön geliefert. Sehr guter, hilsbereiter und freundlicher Service. Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder buchen.

Great vacation location

There were some initial problems because of email landing in junk mail box. However, the apartment was very nice. The management staff went out of their way to assist, and the view of the marina from the balcony was magnificent. There is a small grocery store across the street, a bakery a few steps from the entry, and restaurants galore in all directions. We had a great time.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.

Die Wohnung sieht 1 zu 1 aus, wie auf den hier inserierten Fotos. Die Lage ist ideal und die Ansprechpartner sind hilfsbereit. Es gibt kleinere Gebrauchspuren, die aber in diesem Preissegment und Ausmaß vollkommen in Ordnung sind. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Port d'Alcudia, insbesondere auch wegen der Ferienwohnung, sehr genossen.
