The location is idyllic, and is reached via a drive through the pine woodland only at approximately 10 minutes drive to Pollensa old town. The villa is built in traditional style, and it has a lovely lawn area that surrounds the Roman stepped swimming pool. It is an ideal place for those who are looking for an authentic rural retreat.



Inside the property is comfortable and it is well furnished and equipped with terracotta tiles, white washed walls, beamed ceilings, and exterior stone clad walls. All is one level. The accommodation offers a master double bedroom and one twin room sharing a full bathroom with bath/shower. There is a good size lounge dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, comfortable seating area and an American style fitted kitchen with an electric hob, gas top, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. The thick stone walls provide a cool ambience although there is air conditioning in the bedrooms (timers from 20:00h to 08.00h).



The well maintained gardens have grassed areas around the swimming pool with steps, furnished sun terraces and a built in BBQ. The covered garden patio is an ideal al-fresco dining area as well as the area near the barbecue. It is a rural cottage but very well maintained and equipped.
