Villa Sunset / Can Tirenet

Villa Sunset è una grande proprietà che sembra un'oasi. L'enorme giardino è ricco di fascino e lusso con palme, alberi da frutto, piante, fiori (c'è persino un roseto) ed è semplicemente impressionante. La grande piscina di 10 x 12 metri, più una piscina per bambini, con molti lettini, tavolo e sedie all'aperto vi farà sentire come in paradiso. Se ciò non bastasse, c'è il campo da tennis privato con attrezzature per il mini basket e avrete a disposizione anche il ping pong. Tutto questo, in un contesto naturale che promette assoluta tranquillità, in un'atmosfera pacifica e silenziosa, con tanto sole per tutto il giorno, dall'alba al tramonto.
Villa Sunset
La casa principale è un grande edificio che guarda verso le montagne e i tramonti. È una casa di oltre 200 metri quadrati suddivisi su due piani. Al primo piano si trovano 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, un bagno completo, aria condizionata e una cucina dove si trova un altro bagno familiare, vicino a una sala con divani oversize e una TV piatta con satellite e WIFI LAN. Al primo piano si trovano tre camere da letto (una matrimoniale e due doppie), un bagno completo e un'enorme terrazza con vista incantevole.

La villa dispone di un secondo edificio, dove si trova un'incredibile sala da pranzo piena di luce e un locale con una cucina professionale assolutamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta gamma e TV con un grande barbecue all'aperto. È un sogno per chi ama cucinare. Accanto alla cucina c'è un bagno completo con doccia.

Villa Sunset si trova su una superficie di oltre 9000 metri quadrati nella tranquilla zona di Son Fe, a breve distanza in auto dal centro storico di Alcudia, dalla famosa villa di Pollença e dalle spiagge del Port d'Alcudia. Un luogo perfetto per esplorare il nord dell'isola che offre, oltre alle spiagge sabbiose e al mare, molte attività all'aperto, negozi, ristoranti, bar, ... tutto l'anno.


Nota 1. Le spese di pulizia finale sono incluse nel prezzo di affitto. Questa circostanza non esime il cliente dall'obbligo di prendersi cura della proprietà. Nulla sarà prelevato dal deposito cauzionale finché l'uso della casa è ragionevole.
Nota 2. Nelle proprietà in cui è possibile includere un letto supplementare, e sempre in base alla disponibilità, il costo sarà di 15 € a persona al giorno.
Nota 3. Quando è possibile un check-out tardivo, sempre soggetto a disponibilità, il costo sarà di 50 € fino alle 13:00 e di 90 € fino alle 16:00.

A spacious and well equipped villa, with the best pool out of all the villas we have rented - large and clean. Added bonus of the paddle court, which was well used by all of us in the early evenings. Comms with the property manager - Peter - were efficient, friendly and helpful. Gardens are very pretty, plenty of shade and quiet corners for a snooze!

My partner and I spent a week at Villa Sunset and enjoyed every minute. The outdoor area is huge and very well kept. The interior is rustic but kept clean and tidy. The location is great for visiting Alcudia and Port de Pollensa, and we were able to get taxis to both places quite easily. Big thanks to Peter and others at the rental company who gave a 5 star service.

Sunset villa had everything we needed for an extended family celebration. The large pool is the centrepiece of the property and provided hours of fun, day and night, for all three generations of the family. The surrounding garden is lovely and provides a tranquil setting with plenty of shade. The padel tennis court was a bonus but it was too hot to play until the sun dropped. The villa was well equipped, nothing fancy, and ideal for a multi-generational family. Some earlier reviews mentioned a inadequate fridge space - this is no longer a problem as there are now two large fridge/freezers. We enjoyed most of our meals around the pool or at the stone table and benches in the courtyarded. The villa is in a quiet rural location but not far from the beaches or restaurants & bars in Alcudia and Pollenca. The villa is managed by Mallorca Holiday Properties who were very swift in providing all the information we needed and responding to any queries - especially Pere Viver. Villa Sunset was an excellent holiday choice for our extended family whose ages ranged from 72 years to 9 months. The living accommodation was spacious and the external kitchen meant early risers did not disturb those wishing a lie-in. The large pool was superb with its separate toddler area. The large gardens were well maintained providing plenty of shade. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Tolle Anlage, wunderschöner Poolbereich. Padel-Platz ebenfalls sehr schön mit sämtlicher Ausrüstung vor Ort. Das extra Küchenhaus ist super ausgestattet und bietet mehr als genügend Platz auch für große Gruppen. Wir hatten an einem Tag Pech, es hatte extrem geregnet und an 2-3 Stellen hat es im Haus etwas reingetropft, was aber kein großes Problem war. Alles in Allem war es eine wunderschöne Woche und die Kommunikation und Tipps von Joan waren super!

Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub mit 10 Jungs. Groß genug alles sauber und genug unternehmungsmöglichkeiten auf der Finca und in der Umgebung. Die Austattung der Finca ist auch groß, es hat uns an fast nichts gefehlt. Ein großer Minuspunkt: Die letzten 3 Tage waren ab Nachmittags bis tief in die Nacht aufgrund von Mücken nicht auszuhalten. Somit fanden die letzten Tage / Abende außerorts oder drinnen statt.

Desde el momento en que entramos a la finca, nos quedamos alucinados con esta. La piscina es enorme y los espacios estan cuidados al detalle. Ideal para ir en familia, ya que la zona de piscina dispone de un vallado que aporta tranquilidad a los padres para que no se puedan acercar los niños sin vigilancia. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas y almohadas muy comodas. Dispone de un espacio anexo que hace de cocina y lugar para comer/reunión ideal para mantener la casa donde se duerme limpia y en orden. Tanto Joan, que nos recibió, como el propietario de la casa, fueron muy amables y totalmente disponibles para cualquier imprevisto. Volvemos a casa encantados.

Med en stor pool och paddeltennisbana behöver man aldrig ha tråkigt. Mängder av fina vandringar inom en 30-minuters radie. Cyklar levereras smidigt till huset och båttur arrangerades lätt. Köket är stort och välutrustat med en rymlig matplats. Det enda vi saknade var en bra matplats utomhus.

Our hosts were both extremely approachable, informative and friendly. Any questions before and after arrival were answered quickly and helpfully. We arrived later at night than expected and our host was able to be flexible around this. There was even a large welcome pack which would have been sufficient for a snack and drink that evening and a light breakfast the following morning. The villa was a little tricky to find in the dark as the entrance is a small lane off of the main road. The setting was quiet and idyllic. You could have stayed in the villa without venturing out if you wished. The pool was simply amazing, the biggest we have ever had in a villa stay and kept immaculately clean. There were ample sun loungers, tables and parasols around the pool to relax. There was even a paddle tennis court with basketball hoops, racquets, basketball and inflatables all available for use. The villa was within its own large private garden which was regularly tended by the owner every morning. Everything was well maintained and everything we needed was available. There was a large bbq area capable of preparing vast quantities of food. The main kitchen which is in a separate building off the villa has everything you need to prepare big family meals. We were slightly hindered by there being only one fridge freezer as it was so hot and we wanted to keep our drinks cool too. There was air conditioning in this room which struggled to keep up with the glorious temperature! The main villa with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was comfortable, clean and well equipped. There was air conditioning in each bedroom which worked pretty well. The air conditioning in the living areas struggled due to the open plan nature. There is a piano in the villa however it was unplayable being so far out of tune which was a shame. There is a large terrace area which is shaded in the mornings and provided a beautiful vista while catching the sunset. The villa has a first aid kit which thankfully we didn’t need. Please ensure you are an animal lover as there will be many evening cat visits and two beautiful horses living next door. The villa is a ten minute drive to Alcúdia and fifteen to Pollença with supermarkets, restaurants and beaches very accessible. Unfortunately nothing is within waking distance. This is offset by the quiet surroundings. An amazing stay, thank you to our lovely hosts!

Every thing in good working order, facilities excellent with good size pool & paddling pool, with small tennis court & basketball nets, separate kitchen dinner facilities with shower, balcony etc. very friendly owner & helpful property manager, great for up to 10 people. Near to beaches restaurants markets, shops & Alcudia/pollenca. You will need a rental car. I will be returning as soon as able..

The villa and grounds are great, well suited for family stays and very quiet and secluded. Juan was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Location is just outside of alcudia about 5 mins to port and old town area. The property has a separate kitchen dining area which is good when renting as groups for people waking up at different times etc. Pool area is lovely as are the garden areas. The owner picked fresh cherries for us a couple of days which were very nice. Overall I would recommend the property, having stayed in a few villas around this area I would say this was the best so far.

There were two families (8 in total), kids ranging from 3-10 and stayed for a week in August. We found the villa clean and tidy and very spacious. It is layed out so you can have one family on each floor and you feel separated enough while still being together. The pool and pool area is amazing, you will not find such a big pool and spacious gardens. They are immaculately kept and you feel like you are in the middle of no where whilst only being a 5 minute drive from the town and beach. Juan looked after us and he made it such a easy and pleasurable experience. He was so welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble, he made it for us as you felt so at ease and had the peace of mind that if you had a problem (we had a few minor ones which he fixed within 1/2 hour!!!!) he would be on the case and would sort it. We can’t wait to go again and could not rate this Villa and the company high enough. A few points, you definitely need a car, the local Lidal is perfectly good for simple food, the BBQ area is spot on so use it! The owner who comes around every morning is really friendly and welcoming, the gated area is great as you feel very safe. We got taxis in each time for meals and they are good value and saves parking and you can have a drink!! Thank you to all involved especially Juan, he is a legend!!! Chris

My husband, myself, our daughter and her two friends stayed from 26-05-18 to 2/06/18. An extra week would have been perfect but school holidays sadly only allowed for a week. Villa Sunset is perfect for a family or two as there are three double bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and enormous terrace with views over the pool, garden and mountains and two double bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. We had the three 17 year olds upstairs and we stayed downstairs so we all got a bit of privacy. There is a separate building next to the villa which houses the very large kitchen and was a great success for all of us; the kids could hang out till all hours listening to music on the provided Bluetooth speaker and socialise without keeping us up till all hours. The pool was something else. We have stayed in many villas in the Balearics as well as small boutique hotels and the pool was one of the largest we have seen for a villa. The pool is surrounded by beautifully tended gardens which the owner, not surprisingly, takes great pride in as he could be seen in the mornings tending the rose garden behind the pool and next to the paddle tennis court. A lovely man who also has a restaurant up in the hills which looks lovely (he showed me the website). Sadly we ran out of time to go but will make the effort when back later in the summer hopefully. In the garage you will find washing machine, iron, dry area and all the lilos, paddle court equipment, a few kids masks and snorkels, bucket and spades etc so these don't need to be bought. Location wise, perfect as you are only a 10-15 minute drive from Alcudia. We hired a car (strongly recommend) but for the kids wanting to stay in town till late, a taxi from the port was approx. 10-15 Euros. Alcudia and the surrounding coastal towns are great as there is something for everyone. Kids went to the Banana Club and said it was a great night out, they also found some really nice tapas bars with good music as well as live music. It's obviously not Magaluf in terms of the club life but we felt they were safe and the hard clubbing can start when they're 18 in Ibiza! We drove to several beaches further afield and the scenic drives and beaches were worth it. Also hired a boat, great fun. In summary a perfect villa in a really convenient location, close to everything but still rural. Juan the rental agent was lovely with really helpful advise and recommendations. Thank you Juan for all your help during our wonderful holiday.

Wonderful place overall. Fantastic swimming pool, garden and separate house with kitchen and shower room. Main House is of a good size with two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. There is also a good open terrace upstairs. The host company is very professional, responsible and responsive. Special thanx to Juan and the Owner. Even though there were a few minor things (like low water pressure in the bathroom on the 2nd floor, dishwasher required replacement) we really enjoyed our family stay there and can definitely recommend it. Hope we will be able to come there again.

Underbar villa för storfamiljen eller kompisgänget. Lyxigt med egen pool & paddeltennisbana. Uteköket med stor grill blev samlingsplatsen på kvällarna efter poolhänget på dagarna. Avslutade med spel & mysigt häng på verandan en trappa upp där man såg solen gå ned. Vi hade höga förväntningar på denna semestervecka men dessa infriades med råge. Vi vill ge de bästa rekommendationer till Juan från HomeAway som ställde upp i vått och torrt med allt mellan himmel & jord. Vi kommer tillbaka! Catarina med familj

Une semaine inoubliable début Octobre 2016 , 2 Familles dont 5 enfants. Une entrée où mettre facilement nos deux voitures et un accueil chaleureux de Juan avec corbeille garni (vin, chips, jambon, etc.) offert dans la grande salle cuisine bâtiment séparé en face du super grille barbecue qui à bercé nos soirées, un magnifique jardin ou donne la piscine qui est énorme et incroyable ! plus loin le terrain de paddle, (attention aus moustiques).Deux beaux chevaux sur le terrain d'à côtés. Serviettes de bains, lave et sèche -linges. Les chambres avec télévisions et clim. dont une avec coffre-fort et les salles de bains sont convenable. Pas très loin de la mer des commerces env.10 min A env. 35-45 min de l'aeroport N'oublions pas que nous sommes à la campagne et que quelques petites mouche araignée etc. peuvent faire partis du décors... En gros ce fut une semaine de rêve ! José
