Welcome to this beautiful villa located in Port d'Alcúdia. It sleeps up to 8 people.
The outdoor spaces are delightful thanks to the large terrace and garden areas. It has a garden area with 4 sun loungers, 1 fixed barbecue for those who love cooking, next to a table with chairs, ping pong table and a fully furnished porch to spend great evenings. There is also a little house in the garden where the little ones can play.

The house of 150 m2 distributed on 2 floors, has 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with double bed, and 4 on the 1st floor (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 1 single bed). There is capacity for 1 cot. The house has 2 bathrooms with bathtub that serve the whole house, 1 on the ground floor, and 1 on the 1st floor. Air conditioning is only available in two bedrooms with double bed and in one bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. The remaining two bedrooms do not have air conditioning.

The living-dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, 1 TV-Sat, air conditioning, 1 table with chairs, and 1 decorative fireplace. The kitchen, independent and gas, has AC all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem, there is also 1 table with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.


The location is perfect; everything you need is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a medical centre and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards Alcúdia, Port Pollença and other destinations, including Palma.

In the Port d'Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants for all tastes, featuring fresh fish, fine meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and Majorcan cuisine.

The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobblestone streets is worth a visit; discover squares, the church and the medieval walls surrounding the old city. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days here, and the town is transformed into a bustling and lively place. Do not forget to visit the Roman ruins - highly recommended.

Car or bus will very easily take you to other areas like the Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Platja de Formentor or Puerto Pollensa. Cala Sant Vicenç is also worth a trip. The town of Pollença and its small church on top of the hill (the Calvari) makes an interesting half-day excursion. Climbing the 365 Calvari steps will give you magnificent views over the region.

Dejlig feriebolig og tæt ved strand

Fint hus til en familieferie. Eneste minus var sengene, de burde være af en bedre standard. Madrasserne var ikke gode nok. Men alt i alt fin hus og rigtig dejlig til en familietur.
