Villa Xanet is a delightful 2 bedroom villa set in the peaceful Pollensa countryside, with stunning mountain and countryside views. The villa is arranged over a traditional Spanish layout with a turret housing a double bedroom, giving the property unique character. Outside, there’s a private swimming pool and lawned garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some time in the sun. The villa is within a 15 minute drive from the beach and facilities at Alcudia, with Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa also reachable within 15 minutes by car, making it a perfect base for exploring the north of Mallorca. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms are included.

Although Villa Xanet is set in the peaceful Pollensa countryside, the beach and amenities of Alcudia are just a 5 minute drive away. Within a 10 minute drive you can reach Alcudia’s old town, port, central area, waterpark and golf course. Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa are also easily accessible by car, both around 15 minutes away, giving you a wide choice of restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches to explore.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
