Hotel vicino a Alder Park - Sacramento

“Our plane was canceled because of weather and we missed our flight. I called the hotel eight hours before and said we are stuck in Chicago. Can I please cancel my hotel reservation. The staff person was snarky, rude and told me that I was going to be charged 100% even though there was no way for me to get to Sacramento as I was stuck in Chicago. I travel a fair amount and so does my family. I was appalled by how this was handled. hard pass on this Hotel.”

“We stayed here because they had park and fly options and a shuttle to the airport. The only negative for us was that the shuttle doesn’t run as late as our return flight. ”

“Stayed here two nights, good level hotel, all services you would expect from a Hampton (parking, wifi, pool, complimentary breakfast). Conveniently located close to some major roads. Not many good restaurants nearby, it would be better to have dinner in some other area (downtown or so) before going back to the hotel.”
