We reached out to the manager via the app, but never heard back. We eventually found it by simply Googling the business’ name. I had to reach out to management prior to our stay to get instructions for check in and accessing the key. Thankfully the process was very super.The property itself is quiet and tucked away. “Lovely property with nice indoor and outdoor areas including hot tub. Cottage is semi detached so you have others directly through the fence if both in the garden (may be useful to know if you are taking dogs that would bark at this). Host very helpful.The only issue we had was with the decoration package purchased for 49. We received a reusable neon sign outdoor and a few blown up balloons and a banner in the living room which we did not find worth the money paid but a nice touch for our friend...
