“The manual shade didn’t cover the window all the way and there were no curtains so light came through in the morning. There were cobwebs on the wall and ceiling corner. No new roll of toilet paper. Body wash dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived and we didn’t discover this until we were in the shower. Room and hotel have absolutely no character or style. Pool closed too early. Hallways were loud.”

We didn’t use the pool or gym. They’re pretty small & we were tired from driving. The breakfast in the morning was ok, typical hotel food, but much appreciated! The mattresses are FIRM. My husband liked that, but I need a softer mattress.”

“This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered...
