The Space:

The property features a distinctive architectural charm with soaring ceilings, open sightlines, and walls of windows that highlight the surrounding mountains. The main living area is warm and inviting, centered around a cozy wood stove and designed to bring the outdoors in to you — especially during sunrise and sunset when the vistas are truly spectacular.



The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances, a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, cookware, and everything needed for gourmet meals at home. The layout offers two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for a variety of group sizes. Two newly renovated bathrooms make mornings easy and evenings comfortable after a day of exploring.



One of the true highlights of the home is the outdoor space. The home sits in a nice mountain area of Alexander, surrounded by trees and open views. The surrounding farmland and open landscape add to the authentic countryside feel, where nature and the rhythm of rural life are part of the experience. Weaverville is close by for groceries, cafes, and casual group dining, while Asheville is an easy drive when you’re in the mood for something livelier.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around, and there’s ample of free parking at the property. Drives to Weaverville, Asheville, and nearby hiking spots are scenic and straightforward. Rideshare services are available, though they can be limited later in the evening due to the mountain location. Uber & Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

The main floor bathroom has a unique split-level design. The toilet and shower are each accessed by two small steps, and the sink is accessed by a single step. Because of this layout, the main floor bathroom may not be suitable for guests who require fully accessible step-free facilities.
