“The hotel staff was amazing! Minor glitch with the heating system on the wall that didn’t work. The owner came in the next day and shared that there was a remote control for a new wall unit which we were unaware of. All in all is was a great stay!”

“The only item that shocked me was the additional charge for the “pet friendly” hotel as the extra cost was not disclosed by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. It is my opinion that the charge should be refunded to me and the disclosure should be added moving forward if it is not included with the cost ”

“Absolutely fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff was very kind, location was perfect - barely even 5 minutes from downtown. And one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Also loved the decor and the layout of the rooms. Only complaints were the pillows were way too small and too soft, and the walls are thin between the room and the hallway - we could hear anytime someone on the floor entered or left their room or talked while in the hallway....

“I liked the spacious 2BR suite, and the working fireplace on a chilly night. We were able to park near our room, which was convenient for unloading. The place was quiet, and we rested well. If I could change anything, it would be softer pillows and a noon checkout. I'd stay here again!”
