  • Se affittare una villa è più vicino alla tua strada, questa casa vacanza appositamente costruita, la più grande delle nostre proprietà indipendenti, è fatta su misura per te. Questo splendido cottage di campagna vanta ampi giardini privati, un patio e una vasca idromassaggio. Ospita comodamente sei persone ed è perfettamente posizionato a soli 200 metri dal mare nell'esclusiva tenuta privata di Arden. Di recente costruzione secondo le specifiche deluxe e che si estende per 1800 piedi quadrati, questa villa offre il massimo in termini di lussuoso, spazioso soggiorno e soddisfa ogni vostra esigenza. Ideale per amici e famiglie. La struttura, che ha accesso per disabili, offre un ingresso, un ampio salone a forma di L e una zona pranzo, una grande cucina completamente attrezzata, servizi igienici al piano di sotto e una camera da letto con bagno king size al piano terra. Al piano superiore ci sono due ampie camere da letto con bagno king size su entrambi i lati del corridoio, una delle quali può essere fornita come camera a due letti su richiesta. Le porte-finestre del soggiorno conducono a un patio coperto e un ampio giardino, perfetto per intrattenere o semplicemente godersi la tranquillità dei boschi circostanti, mentre vi è un ulteriore patio e un'area barbecue, tutti completi di mobili da giardino. La proprietà è comprensiva di riscaldamento centralizzato, telefono, pacchetto completo Sky TV in tutte le camere, lettore DVD e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. L'Arden Estate di 12 acri abbraccia il litorale di Loch Lomond e Bonnie Banks Cottage è privatamente immerso in giardini tranquilli con sentieri che conducono al lato del lago dove è possibile passeggiare lungo la riva. L'area stessa è convenientemente situata vicino ai villaggi di Luss e Balloch con ristoranti e bar a pochi passi di distanza tra cui il vicino ristorante / bar Cruin che si affaccia sull'acqua ed è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Un sentiero lungo il lago offre anche una passerella per la vicina città di Balloch.

Stunning property

Beautiful detached house with very high standard of cleanliness and amenities, all the rooms were very spacious and have en suite toilets and showers. Large lounge and kitchen and great welcome pack . Beautiful gardens.. The house is just off the Arden roundabout and very near to Luss and Balloch, it's a couple of minutes drive to Duck Bay marina unfortunately we didn't book for dinner but managed to get in for a coffee .

Wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the country

We had a family weekend in the house, it was spotlessly clean with plenty of space for everyone. Its the little touches that make the difference, the welcome pack, hot tub and sauna were a real bonus. The location is good, a 30min walk takes to to Duck Bay where you can get a drink and excellent food and right next door is Cameron House hotel if you wont something a bit posher. Over all a great weekend in a wonderful house.

Perfect location

This is my third stay at this cottage and I can’t praise it enough. The accommodation is spacious well maintained , it is immaculately clean . The large open plan kitchen dining room, living room are ideal for socialising All the bedrooms have large en-suites , the bedrooms are all spacious perfect for family and friends .It has the added bonus of a hot tub and sauna in a private garden surrounded by countryside. The team managing the estate are lovely to deal with . Booked again for 2026

Fabulous cottage

Stayed at the cottage with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Absolutely stunning cottage every thing 1st class- will be back next year. Hot tub was amazing and sauna was a lovely extra. CLose to Helensburgh where we spent some time and Duck Bay Marina where we had breakfast.

Another fabulous stay at bonny banks

This is our 3rd stay at bonny banks for a family break. It's an ideal set up for our needs and has everything you would want in self catering accommodation. Location is fab, clean with plenty of room. The hot tub is just the icing on the cake. Perfect.

Great cottage and location

We stayed for 7 days, had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. The location at Loch Lomond is brilliant and it provides as excellent base to explore the amazing national park. Take your bikes and head off into the bike trails to find the rivers and waterfalls.

Fantastic cottage

Bonnie banks was a perfect family cottage. We stayed with our two young boys and they loved it. The cottage was spotless on arrival, a perfect home from home. The hot tub and sauna were fab. The location was great, close to Balloch, and a nice little cycle route around loch lomand and straight road towards fort william. We will definitely be back to stay again.

A wonderful stay in a fantastic cottage

We were tired mums looking for peace and relaxation, this was the perfect place. The cottage was well appointed, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The hot tub was an excellent addition as was the sauna. We placed a Tesco order, everything arrived and then we relaxed in the wonderful surroundings for 2 blissful nights. We made the short 15 min walk to Duck Bay on Saturday for a late lunch and then back to relax. I would highly recommend this property, we will certainly be back!

Wedding weekend

We booked this for attending a wedding at The Cruin. Whilst being near to the venue it was not as we thought within convenient walking distance. That being said, the cottage was lovely. It was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The addition of the sauna and jacuzzi is excellent and great for relaxation.

Happy family holiday

We had a lovely, chilled week at Bonnie Banks. The hot tub and sauna were well-used and enjoyed by everyone. The property is spacious (there were six of us for some of the week) and had everything we needed. Not quite enough barbecue weather, but that's Scotland for you; we did manage two though and being able to eat outdoors was lovely. Only suggestion for future improvement would be the addition of an EV charging point.

A very nice property near Loch Lomond but without any direct or easy access to the shore. Rather dark inside as it is totally surrounded by very high trees meaning you can barely see the sky.

Perfect family weekend

The only criticism is the automatic lighting in the bathrooms - it's really annoying in the middle of the night for the very bright lights to come on. A map of the local area showing walks & directions to the loch would have been useful, a neighbour pointed things out to us. We didn't use the hot tub so can't comment on that, but everything else in the cottage was clean, new bathrooms & comfy beds. We were woken in the night by a piercingly loud alarm, we think maybe a short power outage, it thankfully went off quite quickly.

Amazing short break

There were 4 of us staying at Bonnybanks Cottage and we had a fantastic stay. The Cottage has everything you could wish for. It is exceptionally clean, lovely comfortable beds and very spacious. We were so lucky with the weather and took a sail to Inchmurrin for lunch. 2 of our group walked to loch lomond (not far) for a swim. We had arranged for a mobile therapist to attend one day so we could make the most of the jacuzzi and have a spa day. All wonderful. This was my 3rd stay at Auchenheglish and won't be my last. FABULOUS

Luxury wtay

Great place to holiday. The cottage was exceptional, very well equipped and clean. The starter pack that was provided was beyond expectations. Furniture and decor certainly high spec. Hot tub and sauna made our holiday seem special. Garden very private. Easy access with key code supplied. Only downside was cottage not easy to find but rung owner and was given directions. Walking distance to Inchmurrin ferry.

weekend break

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing family break with plenty of space inside and out for the adults and an active 3yr old. The only disappointment was the lack of direct access to the loch as promised in the website "a short walk through woodlands" as every path we tried had Private signs displayed. This had been one of the main reasons we had chosen to stay in this cottage and I think the company needs to clarify what guests can access on the estate with clearer/more detailed maps.

Cleanliness wasn’t as expected

Cleanliness wasn’t as expected for the amount spent on our family break. Floors were dusty, food left in bread bin and when we wiped down the table it was very dirty It was unfortunate we had a small leak in the kitchen it was dealt with straight away however the quality of the pipe work was very basic so not surprising it leaked how it did

Birthday weekend

The cottage is lovely and the surrounding is beautiful. The owners have ensured that everything you might need is provided for your stay. The stay was to celebrate my 60th birthday and my family were supported to arrive early so that they could set up a surprise for me arriving which was lovely. We did not use the sauna but the hot tub was great. If I could make one recommendation it would be for the roof of the pergola above the hot tub to be able to close as it was raining when we were there and although you are wet in the hot tub it was cold rain so did not use it as much as we would have liked, and this could be an easy change. The only complaint I have was that the time went by too quick and did not want to leave. Will need to visit again in the summer months.

A little more thought needed.

We have stayed in better cottages, sadly. Lovely size house although close to the main road so lots of road noise. Lovely bathrooms, modern and clean. Kitchen sadly lacking. The oven was very greasy. One wine glass that wasn't made of plastic! No cloths to wipe the benches. I don't believe the hot tub been cleaned as we found a plastic bottle floating in it and brown scum in the foam? I don't own a hot tub but I assume this isn't normal? Very little I formation about the local area and eateries and I couldn't see a guest book which often can have handy hints for your holiday. There is a menu for the Chinese restaurant Princess Rose, please don't go there. It's the worst food we have ever had and very expensive. We have definitely stayed in worse places but we were surprised given how much we paid

Love Bonnie Banks Cottage

Great stay in this beautiful home. 3 bedrooms provided ample room with a modern kitchen and living room, enough for 3 couples. Liz was fantastic in helping with any questions prior to our arrival, and once there, with great suggestion to take advantage of local scene. My only wish was to have it a bit closer to Cameron House. Great experience overall.
