    The cottage features two inviting bedrooms, one beautifully updated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space designed for gathering and unwinding. Natural light fills the home, creating a bright and relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee, a movie night, or quiet time after a day of exploring. Guests especially love the breezeway—a peaceful spot to sip coffee, read a book, or enjoy the fresh Minnesota air.

    Outside, you’ll find a cozy, privacy fenced in outdoor seating area perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake or exploring town.

    One of the best parts of staying here is the location. You’re just minutes from Alexandria’s lakes, trails, restaurants, breweries, shops, and local attractions like Big Ole Park and the Central Lakes Trail. We’ve stayed in multiple VRBO properties for our girls weekends and we all agreed this was our favorite! The location was great and the house had everything and more than we even needed. The outdoor seating in the back was private and a great hangout spot. We really appreciated all the thoughtfulness that went into the house. It was new, clean, and very comfortable. We would highly recommend to and would stay again if we’re back in the area.

The Little Loon Cottage is a very cute, neat, and clean house. So much of the house looks brand new. The 2nd bedroom is a little small for 2 adults, but the size of the kitchen, dining room & living room more than make-up for the tight bedroom. The 4 of us really enjoyed relaxing together in the living room. We used the clothes washer & dryer & they were both full size appliances!Our host, Jennifer, was so helpful with offering suggestions of things to do. She was also very quick responding to questions.The 4 of us were bicycling from Fargo, ND to Minneapolis. We really appreciated the cottage being ideally located for walking downtown to good restaurants and walking to a grocery store. Alexandria has a lot to offer.
