Bad business

I booked this particular hotel because of the proximity of my job assignment during a snow storm. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was dirty, holes in the wall, roaches, and the cable was out. I urge anyone not to stay here with a family or if you don't want to possibly take home bed bugs. Although the hotel owner didnt charge me a deposit, as he should have given the condition of the place. It was the worst 3 days I've ever spent at a hotel. 😔 😟 if i could, i would have requested a refund. Poor lighting, lumpy nasty bed, a puddle of water that would not drain out of the tub. Horrible

It’s 2024 DO BETTER!!!!

Location is what was critical for this stay. If not for that it would be a ***l no! The room was filthy, molded shower curtain, hair everywhere including refrigerator. I had to clean and disinfect and cover stuff in plastic. They literally charging 90+ a night for this filth. The manager was rude when I spoke to him about the room not being cleaned. Furniture has to be about 70 years old and the carpet in one room so filthy and black. I mean they sell carpet cleaners for $200 or less at least try. You can even buy a shower curtain from the dolllar tree no reason to have torn and molded shower curtains. Hire a new housekeeper or pay her better cause her cleaning sucks. Pictures are worth a thousand words and best believe they were sent. Management should be ashamed to be charging people to stay here.

OYO=O-NO!! Stay away!!!

We booked online and drove to OYO. The place looked abandoned as we drove into the parking lot. Parking lot and building entrance were very poorly lit. A dozen stray cats seem to have taken over the lot. We checked in and went to gain access, key did not work. Upon the attendant opening the door, we were met with the horrendous smell of the room itself. We stepped into the doorway where we seemed to stick to the floor. Zero air circulation and the room felt damp. We backed out of the room without touching anything and returned the nonworking key and drove away. In no world should you offer this hotel on your sight! We’ve booked with hotels.com several times before without hesitation. We will have to rethink that decision moving forward.

The sheets had burn holes in them. The sink and toilet were not attached to the wall or floor. The manager wouldn’t give a different room. No refunds. Would never happen again.

Property was very bad. No lamps, shower had mold, holes in walls, no soap, one of the worst places I've ever stayed.

Toilet was leaking, bathroom door was hanging on one henge, flooring was peeling up, floorboards were peeling, spiderwebs on the ceiling, burn holes in the comforter. Told the manager we weren’t staying there and he said he would issue a refund but never did.

This is possibly the worst property I have ever seen, multiple red flags just outside of the property with the “No refunds” signs, the makeshift dumpster that is being passed off as a water fixture, the steps to the second floor were so warped and dry rotted it seemed about to collapse. The room itself was something out of a horror movie from the literal holes in the comforter, the cracks in the walls, a part of the ceiling was duct-taped, the bathroom had dark handprints all over where there was even paint left in the tub, the door had such a large crack in the door frame that it felt like all the commotion happening in the parking lot was happening inside the room. If you read this and still decide to stay here then good luck and bring some kind of protection from not only the filth but the unsafe conditions.

I typically don’t leave bad reviews. I will this time. Me and my daughter simply needed a place to crash late at night after a long drive. I figured the price was great and it was nearby. While I fully realize that I’m not getting the Ritz Carlton at this rate, what I witnessed was deplorable. There was mud in the bathroom. Live crickets everywhere in the room. Stains on white bedsheets. Fixtures were spotted and appeared unclean. It was as if we had stepped into a 3rd world country. I am not a diva when it comes to places to stay, but this was too much for me to stomach. We stayed there - reticently - but will certainly not be back. I’ve never felt as ready to leave a hotel/motel as I was this one. Please don’t let the rate trap you like it did to me. There are a myriad low-rate motels that are much, much cleaner than this. This place was flat-out disgusting.

No reason for lack of cleanliness.

I would not stay here again. I do not like giving negative ratings based on one night stay but this was not a clean place to stay. I had to ask for clean towels and washcloths that had visible soil on them. Significant, Mold on the wall next to bathroom. Non refundable so I showered and slept 4 hours and left.

Cheap but is it really worth it

Its was cheap but i could not deal with all the problems. No hot water for showers and bugs keep getting into the tub, spider webs in every corner of the room, so i had to reclean the room and the bed had not a drop of firmness, it began to "F" up my back after 3 nights of sleeping in it. The 4th night i just slept on the floor to save my spine. And the 5th i just left. I didn't even stay my last night there.
