“tutto fantastico”

“Amazing!! Highly recommend, so beautiful inside and the host was so helpful!!”

“Tutto perfetto”

“Ottimo”

“Nice location”

“The place was in mint condition with all necessary amenities provided. It was good enough to host family of 4. For a short staying, it's one of the best places you can find. Location is another great factor.”

“This Hotel has amazing, friendly and helpful staff that will do whatever is needed for you to enjoy your stay. Located in the heart of all the action in Valencia, this hotel with excellent air conditioning and an incredible bed, is perfect for those that want to step out the front door and be in the middle of things. With great restaurants steps away and fantastic sights right around the corner, you are sure to enjoy your stay here :) .”

“It was ok. Really good location if you want to be in a modern place but near the action. Very quick response when something is needed. ”

“Communication was great, location is very convenient, modern style apartment.”

“I stayed with my two kids and was amazing! Super spacious, direct to the street and easy to parking.”

“Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay. Area: Ok. Close to buses and...

“Appartement tout neuf et très lumineux. Très fonctionnel également.”

“Overall, this property met our expectation with some minor caveats. It was clean, as described, and Singular Stays was communicative. Unfortunately, the couches are in need of replacement, as the seating slats were broken, and multiple members of our group fell down into the couch. The person who slept on sofa bed was quite uncomfortable due to the wear and tear of the couch. With some minor repairs (paint, fixed floor tiles, and new couches), this property would be perfect!”

“Everything was great, new and fully equipped premium apartmens with strategic location. The host was very responsive and offer outstanding service. Aparcamiento”
