S'Hostalet by Rentallorca

"Finca S'Hostalet" is a pleasant finca with a maximum capacity of four people located in Montuïri, in the middle of nature. The house is distributed on a ground floor, with 100m². As you enter, you will come into the living-dining room with a table for 4 people, a sofa, smart TV and air conditioning. Next to it, you will find the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which offers another dining table and a wood cooker. Access to the bedrooms and bathroom is through the living room. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and air conditioning. Finally, the bathroom is fully equipped with a shower.



The outside will captivate you, the beautiful swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is perfect for cooling off on warm days. There are sun loungers around the pool and outdoor furniture where you can relax. The covered terrace will be a perfect place to enjoy a refreshing breakfast in the morning. In addition, for barbecue lovers, there is a barbecue ready for use, and a covered outdoor kitchen.



The Finca is located in the centre of the island, in "Es Pla", only half an hour's drive from the capital Palma, where you can enjoy shopping and gastronomy. If you love hiking, Puig de Randa is only 10 Km away and is a perfect place to go with the family. If you prefer to go to the beach, Can Pastilla or S'Arenal are 25 minutes away by car. Best of all, almost all the beaches in the south of the island are only 30 minutes away by car.
