“The twin bedded property was what we wanted. Pedro is a very helpful host- does not overwhelm you with details but is always available with assistance or advice when needed. Access is from street level but then upstairs to the living area. Further stairs take you up to the sunny and private roof terrace. The property is conveniently situated for fairly short walks to supermarket, bus station and to the Balcon area.”

“Such a homely, comfortable villa in the beautiful Oasis de Capistrano area. It was very quiet out of season which is just how we like it! The private balcony meant that we could sunbathe daily and then use the very efficient pellet burner to take any chill off inside when the sun went down. Weekly service of new bedding and towels was a lovely surprise as we hadn't read it in the blurb 😊 Would very highly recommend it and hope to stay again.”

“Delightful house and garden, and Stephen is a most genial and helpful host. The only improvements would be a new gas hob, as two rings now not working properly, and more glasses and mugs. Stephen generously gave us some cash to buy more mugs when we ran short! A few more replacement lightbulbs would also be ideal. But again, lovely place and superb host. “Our entire family stayed at this beautiful house. It has the perfect location right next to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach (Note: it's a steep hill so a great workout on the way back!). Our 4 year old and 10 month old loved this spot along with their grandparents and parents. The owners were very responsive to anything that came up (lightbulbs, A/C, taxi from/to airport). We would recommend this place to anyone interested in this area!”

“Nice, spacious and clean house with upstanding forniture and design. Car is needed to go to the beach, but it's a feature easily understandable from the map and the description (no bad surprises) and it provides access to the complex swimming pool (very nice). Only weak spot: there was absolutely nothing in the house, not even toilet paper or salt. Strongly suggested an early arrival to do your own shopping!”

“L'appartamento assegnatoci (sono tutti diversi) era completo e spazioso. Mancava aria condizionata ma era presente ventilatore. La piscina comune a tutti gli appartamenti presenti nel quartiere era bella, il mare invece lontano (a piedi). Non facilissimo trovare l'ufficio della società immobiliare che gestisce gli appartamenti che ha ovviamente un orario di apertura tipico da ufficio e dista circa 1 km. Parcheggio gratuito in strada. CONSIGLIATA AUTO AL SEGUITO.”
