Hotel senza empatia. Arriviamo con auto troviamo ingresso sbarrato da auto in sosta: non si passava con i trolley ! Solo dopo nostre rimostranze hanno messo tre birilli con catenella. 4 persone alla reception, solo una lavora : 25 min per avere badge camera. Si paga subito cash la tassa soggiorno. Nessuno ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli, non dico in camera ma neanche in ascensore nonostante facessero nulla. Ristorante annesso da non tornarci: filetto mignon secco senza neanche condimento in cui era cotto. Camera e piscina normali. Orribile la moquette ai piani. Ottima colazione (per quello non diamo 1 stella) e magnifico IL MAESTRO, un pianista che accompagnava i nostri breakfast. Su mia richiesta ha suonato anche "Take Five" di Dave Brubeck con metrica in 5/4 molto difficile da tenere. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa, forse l'unica. Come Hotel per guadagnare le 4 stelle c'é molto da fare !

La struttura è centrale quindi comoda, non mi è piaciuto la camera 217 è con finestroni alti che danno su tetti poco sicuri. La cortesia dello staf mi è piaciuta molto.

Viaggio in Algarve
Albergo favoloso a pochissima distanza dal centro e raggiungibile dall aeroporto con bus numero 16, stanze moderne e ben arredate, colazione all ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato sulla Marina, palestra al pianterreno, piscina, abbiamo anche cenato una sera pagando un prezzo giusto. Perfetto senza alcun dubbio.

A good choice to explore Faro. Excellent location, especially the rooms with Marina view. A few steps to reach the old town and the warf where you can take boats to the islands. The hotel has recently renovated the rooms, more light and better forniture. Breakfast, served at the 5th floor, is simply amazing, overlooking the "lagoa".

The area around the hotel is fantastic and it is very conveniently placed for the airport. My only reservation is the cleanliness of the room (Marina Suite). There was quite a lot of dust present.

The staff very helpful, rooftop pool is the right spot to chill in daytime. Since it is seperate business, the downside of that, the pool wasn't clean. And special kudos for hotel to make a nice surprise with wine and cake in olur room for my wife's birthday. Thanks guys!

Location was excellent for visiting Old Town Faro. Staff offered a friendly greeting and work hard at getting us in early Breakfast was outstanding with beautiful soft live piano music. Would recommend for your stay in Faro.

Staff were super helpful with providing services we needed to get around Faro. Rectifying any problems we might encounter. The restaurant was really good. However, the wing we were staying in (RM 429) was freezing cold. Heating wasn’t functional.

The hotel is conveniently located with a great view of the harbour and historic center. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. The rooms are rather small but well equipped. Excellent buffet breakfast is included.

The perfect hotel for a stay in Faro, the Marine View suite was spotless and a wonderful size. The hotel’s breakfast was one of the highlights of our whole trip - the selection and freshness was 5 star! Highly recommend.

I liked everything about the property, comfortable bed, quiet, great breakfast. The only problem was the room temperature, too warm. Not able to reduce the temperature. The stay would be 10/10 if room was not so warm.

No a/c in rooms
We turned on the ac in the room and went out for dinner. Upon returning the room was still over 26c. Spoke to front desk and was advised no individual ac in rooms. We opened the patio door to let cooler outdoor air in. After cooling down the room, closed the patio door but the room started to heat up again. Had to leave the patio door open overnight which let all the street party noice in. We only had 2 hours of sleep. We will never stay in this hotel again!!

Our 58-year-old property has central air-conditioning which changes according to the season, so in Winter we have the hotel on heating mode and in Summer on cooling mode. This year we had a particularly warmer one which led to some days being too warm in the rooms even without AC on. Great location across from the marina, a few minutes from the sea, close to shops and eateries, short and easy walk from station and bus interchange. I stayed for one night in a pleasant first floor room with a balcony from where there was a great view of the marina, walled Old Town and some sea. Higher floor would have even better view. A few minor issues like shower leaking onto bathroom floor, no power sockets near desk, and stool used for desk had to be pushed in all the time after getting up as otherwise it blocked the space around the bed. Good comms from staff beforehand. Comfortable stay.

Hotel très bien situé avec possibilités de parking. Lors de notre arrivée vers 15:30, la chambre n'était pas prête et il a fallu attendre jusqu'à 17:00 alors que les entrées peuvent se faire à partir de 14:00.
