Bellissimo appartamento all'ultimo piano spazioso e letto con mobili di buona qualità e un balcone esposto a sud con vista sul giardino e sul porto. Entrando nell'appartamento del salone si accede attraverso il luminoso salone / sala da pranzo. Le porte scorrevoli si aprono sul balcone. Il balcone ha 2 sedie a sdraio e tavolo e sedie per godersi il tramonto. La cucina è molto moderna e ben attrezzata. La camera da letto matrimoniale ha un sacco di spazio guardaroba e c'è aria condizionata / montato su tutto. L'appartamento è dotato di WiFi personale e una piccola selezione di canali inglesi. L'appartamento dispone di 2 pass per la piscina dell'hotel Marina Club.
L'appartamento è idealmente situato sulla Marina de Lagos ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal centro città, dai negozi e dai ristoranti. L'appartamento si trova al 3 ° piano e dispone di un posto auto privato nel garage chiuso con ascensore dal garage all'appartamento. La stessa Marina ha un servizio di sorveglianza 24 ore al giorno e ci sono una vasta gamma di ristoranti, caffè e bar a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. C'è anche un grande supermercato dietro l'angolo.

Great apartment!

What a great place to stay in Lagos. A stones throw from the marina with its bars and restaurants and adjacent to the marina resort where you can have free use of the pool during your stay as the apartment has two passes for your use. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk away as is the town centre with its numerous restaurants. A large supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. So overall the location of this apartment is perfect. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and everything you can possibly need is there. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but if you close the shutters and double glazing at night you don’t hear a thing. Not that we had any problems, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Great Apartment

We have previously stayed in this block but not this particular apartment. We love the location as you can walk everywhere and don’t really need a car for a short stay. The apartment was perfectly adequate for a couple. It was well equipped . We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location near marina and centre. Light, airy, roomy apartment thoughtfully equipped. Immaculate. Roomy all day sun balcony and lift. We will return!

Several issues as noted below

Cons: Location was difficult to find and check in , especially as our flight was delayed and we arrived after dark. Building # is not well indicated , therefore impossible to see from the street which has no stopping or parking. Had to park at hotel and go walking to find the apartment and the parking. Communication with host was quite slow as somehow my phone could not connect to the local rep after the first night. Luckily my travel partner’s phone was able to connect to her but it was cumbersome not being able to use my own phone. I asked about WhatsApp or other methods to connect but nothing was offered. The unit itself was nice but lacking basic amenities like soap and toilet paper, beach towels were dirty , and furniture in living room needs a good cleaning. The ‘dryer’ as noted in the listing turned out to be a clothes rack, I was not impressed as I was expecting a machine for quick drying overnight. The filter coffee machine was missing when we arrived, even though I had specifically communicated a few days before about the need for a coffee machine. It was delivered the 2nd day but without filters or coffee. Also, I could not locate the garden and BBQ grill as noted on the listing. I asked about this on our last day but never got a response from the owner. Pros: Balcony was awesome but lounger cushions should be cleaned or replaced. Nice area walkable to the marina and restaurants, even walkable to the old town of Lagos which is lovely.

Very cozy and spacious apartment right next to the Marina Club

We really liked it here, especially the balcony with two loungers and the large living room. The apartment is well equipped and the management always responded quickly. Only the search for pool loungers was sometimes difficult due to the high season.

Sehr schönes und sinnvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl und genossen die Zeit. Lagos Altstadt konnte auch fussläufig erreicht werden.

Perfect Lagos stay

We have just returned from a 10 day break. This was our second visit to Lagos.. we stayed in another block previously, a 2 bed, but thought we would try a 1 bed this time. We were dubious on the space we may have but, we were not disappointed at all. There was a little hiccup with code for the key but 1 shot phone call and it was solved in 2 mins- fabulous customer care. this is a lovely spacious apartment with a view of the pool and the balcony was lovely to lounge on with a glass of wine watching the world go by before getting ready for dinner.. would highly recommend it. The Marina Club pool passes were such a great added extra too. We previously had access to the others pool further up towards pingo. Which is gorgeous in its own right but very quiet with no bar and no music. The marina club bar is fabulous and the bartender Ricardo was fabulous, friendly and a true gent!. If you do decide to go, also take advantage of the tourist train/bus which picked you up from the foot of the bridge on the marina side on the hour and will take you around Lagos.. there are (I think it was around 6 euros pp) 9 different stops that you can hop on and hop off during the day and go to the beach, fabulous beach bars and also visit some of the amazing little bays and rock formation at the beginning of the grottos. And also the home made pies and entertainment in the lighthouse on the upper level of the marina is a must.. fabulous holiday!.x

Lovely place, great view

Very well stocked and what a view. Really large deck which we really enjoyed. Instructions were very clear, no issues. Small hot water tank, take quick showers to have hot water. Would definitely book again. Walking distance to everything and close to the beach boardwalks.

Had it all.

Everything you could need in the flat. Really great central position for walking everywhere beach, town and restaurants. We parked the car in the garage when we arrived and didn't touch it again until we left! Yes the road is a bit annoying when in the bedroom but it didn't keep us awake. Lovely sunny position. Huge food store 5 mins walk away with everything you could want.

Luxury condo-not!

Because this place adverts as a "luxury" condo, i will rate as such. As others have said, the location is great as is the pool at the resort next door. Which i wish i had stayed at. The condo is tired and grubby. All the upholstered furnishings need cleaning. The flooring is lifting in various places. We had to contact the property manager several times-no pods for dishwasher, no extra garbage bags, no cutting knives. And they were none too quick to respond. Very skimpy on towels and you must launder the beach towels before you leave. Iron did not work properly. No instructions on how to operate the washer. Not where owner said they were. Lots of dont do this, dont do that. Dont run the a/c for more than 10 minutes. Looking at the price to stay at the Club next door with free breakfast and daily maid service for basically the same price, i would do that instead. Cannot recommend. Sorry!

Lagos in September

A well equipped and taslefully decorated apartment with plenty of room for two. Everything we needed in the kitchen to self cater. Great location with short walk to Lagos towm centre, the marina, beaches, supermarket, bus stops and train station. The only minor downside for us was that the bedroom overlooked a busy road, which meant sleeping with the window closed at night.

Perfect holiday apartment

Based in the Marina, this is a perfect location and the apartment is clean comfortable and well appointed. Lots of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. You are also near bus and train station and transport makes it easy to visit other resorts. The big bonus for us was the boardwalks which are still being extended, great access for all ages.

Really nice property, very clean and spacious. 4/5 stars because the water heater broke during our 4 day visit and we spent half of it taking cold showers. The host was super responsive in getting it replaced though. Would recommend in the future

14 Tage Urlaub in Lagos

Nach einem chaotischem Start unseres Urlaubs,haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub gehabt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top.Man ist schnell in der Stadt , aber auch schnell am Strand. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie die eigestellten Bilder. Das Einchecken war schlimm. Wir waren im Dunklen angekommen. Leider hatte uns die Agentur 1. die falsche Blocknummer des Hauses mitgeteilt und 2. hatten wir keinen Code, den man an der Haupteingangstür, benötigt, um überhaupt ins Haus zu kommen um dann an der richtigen Wohnung ein Schlüsselkästchen mit einem Code öffnen zu können. Nach einigen Telefonaten hatten wir es dann nach ca 1 Stunde geschafft,ins Haus zu kommen und letztendlich nach weiteren Telefonaten an der Tür der richtigen Wohnung. Leider war es da schon 23 Uhr und wir hatten weder Wasser noch etwas zu essen. Die Nächte waren im Mai noch recht kühl und wir hatten nur ein Bettlaken ,über dem die Tagesdecke lag. Das war für uns zu kühl. Nach einigem Suchen fanden wir dann ein Oberbett im Schrank,leider ohne Bezug. In der Not haben wir es dann trotzdem über das Bettlaken gelegt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn ein Bettbezug im Schrank gewesen wäre für solche Fälle...gerade dann, wenn die Nächte noch kühl sind. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.

Lovely Apartment in Lagos

We enjoyed our 8 night stay in this very nice apartment, which offered everything we needed for our holiday in Lagos. We particularly liked the balcony, which felt bigger than the photo, offers a good view and has the sun for the whole afternoon into the evening. The location is perfect for the marina, the train station and walking into the old town where thete are many great restaurants. Communication with Julie before we arrived & on our return was excellent. Would recommend to others wanting to stay in Lagos by the marina.
