Amazing Hostel. Theresa, Carol and Nuno at the reception were amazing. Theresa was always at hand to help she is amazing please look out for her when you use this hostel. I can clearly say the best hostel in Faro very professional.

The property itself was great, the noise was on the street outside. They do sell earplugs in reception, maybe next time we will buy some! With those in place we would definitely return and recommend it!

Wallet and bank card got stolen within 24 hours of stay.. no support from hostel but the rest was ok.. call it a learnt experience..best part meeting new people around the world..rest well hmm..

The property is located centrally and very well connected to main attractions and beaches around Faro. Walking distance to many useful places such as the ferry pick up points, supermarkets, coffe shops and local restaurants. The staff is great, very helpful and friendly, the service offered is better than a normal hotel as they organise events, boat trips and transfers. The only thing we didn't like was the noise overnight. The hostel is actually very quiet but there were people on the road shouting and singing always between 3 to 5 every night. I found this very disturbing.

Ar condicionado sujeito a boa vontade do hostel. Que coloca o mínimo de 23 graus C para o verão e se esquece que tem 4 + pessoas no quarto pequeno que, qdo deveria ser 19/20 Falta manutenção nos banheiros . Pequenos detalhes que ajuda. Cabideiros, alças atrás das portas …Banheiros Misto . Seria melhor aproveitado se dividissem em dois ( M/F)

Receptionists are smart and flexible because the hostel’s infrastructure are worn out such as locker and door. Therefore, they are forced to rearrange rooms/things when “accidents” happen.

The staff were really friendly and gave me advice about day trips and help with my boarding passes for my flight. Unfortunately it took me 14hrs to get to Edinburgh on a flight from Faro-Dublin-Edinburgh. I arrived home at 3.30 in the morning. The offer from Ryanair was a 4 euro coupon to be used in the airport only. So, the 4 euro voucher was not available on the flight. But the staff were very accommodating at hostellicious and knowledgeable about the area

I stayed in a private room which was clean, comfortable and cosy. The hostel is very well located in the centre of town and within walkable distance to many points in town.

Really liked this hostel. The rooms are clean and fairly modern. Big drawer for each person with plenty of room to store your stuff safely within. The toilet/shower facilities are kept very clean and are in good condition - especially the showers. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Good - but not the 2nd night
Stayed 2 nights 3 days apart. 1st night was good and room to the rear managed to sleep well despite pillows not to my liking. 2nd night front room, 1st floor, no sleep whatsoever. Loud noise from youths in the street outside all night long, or least until I left for the airport at 04:15 am.

Ein tolles Hostel um Faro und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Lage innerhalb der Stadt ist top, zahlreiche Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in der Nebensaison wirklich unschlagbar!

Bien mais douches à refaire
Le personnel est fantastique, ils m’ont changé de chambre à ma demande. Par contre les douches sont VRAIMENT à revoir…. Vraiment !!!! Heureusement je suis allée chez une copine où j’ai pu me laver….

Not terrible, not great
Would recommend if you are staying as a student. Location is great. For a couple, considering its price, perhaps a proper hotel would've been better.

Cool place, friendly crowd, good vibes. Right at the center of town with l lots of restaurants and bars a round . Will definitely stay again when on town . Roof top terrace for when the days are too windy for the beach. Take a little speaker with you , put some lo-fi on and chill in the sun trap .

I am fully vaccinated with Pfizer from the UK with the relevant documentation, but the property refused to let me check in with this and insisted they accept the EU vaccination passports only. I had to show proof of a negative lateral flow test to be allowed to stay here. I was lucky in that I had arrived in Portugal that same day, so had one, however considering the Portuguese Government accept UK vaccination certificates, it's disappointing that this property won't. Had a booked to stay later in my trip, I would have been unable to check in. This information on requiring the negative lateral flow test and non-acceptance of UK administered vaccines was not available on my booking information at all, which was fully paid prior to arrival

Super confortable
Les lits sont très confortable, il y a des tiroirs pour placer ses affaires et l'hôtel est très bien localisé dans la ville, la réception est disponible 24/24. Légèrement bruyant parfois mais bon c'est une auberge de jeunesse.

A problem for non smoking guests.
It is allowed to smoke inside the building for visitors in every patio and balcony. The wind blows the smoke into the building into the halls. Wherever you walk inside the building you smell cigarettes and lots of people are smoking cigarettes in the patio. I can not visit the cute cosy patio to relax there, for this disgusting unhealthy stinking smoking reason. and walking in the hall smelling cigarettes everywhere, is also a problem for me. Smoking people everywhere in the patio who are refusing to go out to the street for their smoking habit and problem. If you try to avoid smoking places, than this hostel should not be booked. Which is a shame, because the hostel and location is super beautiful. I just don't like to stay in places where smoking is allowed. Will for this reason not book here again, and want to inform others about this issue. Let this be a warning for other non smoking guests. My visit was on 2 Nov 2020. they might change policy on this later, and than I might consider to come back on my next visit, But for now it is on my black list. Very sorry.

4* Hostel
Close to city centre and marina. Easy to find. About 16 minutes drive frome airport, 8-10€ taxi price. Rooms are comfortable all clean. Staff working well. Only problem is shower: thermoregulator no works at all, you get cold or 10 seconds 48 degrees water.
