Perfect location.
We had a late check in and this was really quick and easy. Very large room which was clean and tidy. Beds are lovely and comfortable. Friendly staff. We were there meeting some friends and this was a Perfect location for us to base ourselves.

I have traveled to numerous places and stayed in countless hotels. However, this particular hotel proved to be the worst experience I've ever had. To start, the room had a strong odor, and the furniture was notably aged. I booked a one bedroom apartment for 4 people, which included two sofa beds, and my daughters both complained of discomfort and back pain after the first night's sleep. The hotel's 4-star ranking puzzled me, especially when there was no shampoo provided in our bathroom. Astonishingly, the front desk's response was to suggest purchasing shampoo from a nearby grocery store. In all my 30 years of travelling to more than 22 countries, I have never come across a hotel, even one with a 2-star rating, that didn't offer complimentary shampoo to guests, let alone instructed them to buy their own. Furthermore, the absence of beach/pool towels was another disappointment, with the hotel's solution being to purchase them elsewhere. Remarkably, the room contained a safety box, but obtaining a key for it came at an additional cost. Even basic amenities like teabags, coffee, and bottled water were lacking in the room. The overall condition of the hotel room, including stained towels, left me feeling disgusted. Despite the steep price of over $500 per night, I couldn't even consider this hotel worthy of a 1-star rating. Fortunately, our reservation was limited to just two nights, after which we relocated to another hotel near Pine Cliffs for the third night.

Tranquilidad y lo necesario en un apartamento.
El apartamento está fenomenal. Grande y con todo lo necesario. La piscina un poco fría para mi gusto, pero grande y suficiente para las personas que hay. Está un poco retirado de la playa, unos 15 minutos andando, pero nosotros solo fuimos a la playa un día, y el resto de visita a los pueblos de los alrededores. Buena relación calidad precio.

Hotel is in a great location to walk into the old town. It is on a road with transport links, supermarket next door and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was of a good size and the communal areas including the pool were excellent and very clean.

Generally good with a couple of disappointments
Apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Apartment was very clean and cleaned daily. Hotels.com website states "Wifi available - EUR 10 per week". To be accurate, this should be corrected to EUR 10 per week PER DEVICE. Wifi was not always fast or reliable, despite the cost. The restaurant was open for breakfast but not for dinner unless there was a large group staying at the hotel. The apartment had a safe, but not larger enough for a laptop, and also NOT FREE

As others have said, property very clean, they seem to keep their staff. Surprising to pay for wifi and the safe, as its normally free. Bit surprised one morning to see people putting towels out to bag the beds, as there were abundance of them! Take or buy your own dishclothes etc, no scissors in room.

Tudo como esperado. Quarto limpo, confortável, sem barulho, tudo a funcionar perfeitamente na cozinha e banheiro. Boa localização, perto do centro e com um centro comercial mesmo ao lado.

Uma muito agradável surpresa! Excelente atendimento de profissionais abnegados. Sem desconsiderar ninguém, e apenas porque lidámos mais com 2 dos 4 colaboradores da recepção, destaco a gentileza e total disponibilidade da Milene e do Rodrigo. Em termos de conforto e facilidade, quer o apartamento, quer os serviços fazem jus ao apresentado e publicitado online. Recomendo sem hesitar.

Goede locatie. Ruime slaapkamer met prima bedden die elke dag keurig worden opgemaakt. Ruime kamer met kitchenette: twee kookplaten, geen wasmachine, geen vaatwasser, geen oven, wel magnetron. Mooie badkamer met uitstekende douche. Elke dag schone (bad)handdoeken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. schoonmaak:goed wifi: elke week nieuwe codes. Kortom een aangenaam verblijf.

Bel apart-hôtel , bien situé !
Bonne réception et bon service lors de l'arrivée en soirée. Chambre très propre et bien équipée. Ma terrasse donnait sur la très belle piscine extérieure. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, d'un Casse-croûte à la piscine extérieure (il y a une piscine intérieure) et d'un bar. On y retrouve aussi un tennis, un squash et une salle de jeux. Situé pres de tout au centre-ville, sauf de la plage qui est à une quinzaine de minutes de marche. Juste un peu bizarre de nos jours wue le Wi-Fi soit payant(3 euros par jour ou 10 euros pour la semaine). Mais offert gratuitement avec mon VIP pour la nuit.

Good location, good customer service. The only problem is that the infrastructure is old/ outdated and you can hear absolutely every noise from the surrounding and from the neighbors. There's also an ongoing construction next to the hotel and it's super loud. Sadly we couldn't sleep so well due to these.
