LICENZA TURISTICA NO 10134 ... Moderno appartamento all'ultimo piano con 2 camere da letto e ampio balcone esposto a sud con tutto il giorno. Accesso video sicuro all'edificio con ingresso codificato all'ingresso (non che sia necessario).

Accesso immediato per sollevare tutti i piani. Le persiane elettriche si aprono da ogni stanza che ha l'aria condizionata che conduce su un ampio balcone soleggiato. Wi-Fi gratuito incluso.

Parcheggio gratuito fuori strada proprio di fronte al balcone

Ampia cucina, camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, camera doppia e bagno principale.

Questo condominio di alta qualità, costruito da uno degli sviluppatori più rinomati in Algarve, si trova a pochi passi da spiagge sabbiose, porto turistico, porto di pesca, con una vasta scelta di pesce pescato localmente al mercato.
Gite in barca per adulti e bambini, moto d'acqua, sport acquatici, osservazione dei delfini, pesca degli squali, gite in barca con barbecue che vi condurranno attraverso le spettacolari grotte dell'Algarve con viste mozzafiato, informazioni e prenotazioni possono essere fatte dal marina e dal lungomare consigliato di riprendere video).

Il centro di Lagos è un paio di minuti da qui, dove passerai i numerosi ristoranti e bar che soddisfano tutti i gusti (non solo i frutti di mare).

4 posti letto possibilmente per dormire 6, si prega di richiedere al proprietario, anche i bambini in cima a quello, abbiamo anche strutture per bambini.

Lagos with the family

Excellent Manager, shares great information to maximize our stay. Apartment is exactly as pictured….very comfortable, well appointed, great amenities. Nice to have 2 bathrooms to accommodate families/groups of 3 and 4.

Highly recommended

The apartment is really very nice. We immediately felt comfortable. The equipment is perfect. The pool is very large and well maintained. We would love to come back. Communication with the landlord was also very good and reliable.

Lovely spacious apartment, had everything we needed. Large balcony which was great for relaxing. Pool area also good. Plenty of shops nearby and about 20 minutes walk to the Marina and the Old Town.

Wir haben drei sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Liegen, Stühlen und einen großen Tisch. Es liegt Sehr zentral. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kommt man in das Apartment und in die Tiefgaragen wo der Stellplatz ist der sich bei der großen Hitze an der Algarve als Extra Bonbon erweist. Da wir die Gegend kennen brauchten wir den sehr NETTEN und hilfsbereiten Rik nicht zu kontaktieren da alles super war. Die Poolanlage mit eigenen privaten Liegen vom Apartment waren super. Wir kommen wieder noch dieses Jahr. Danke an Rik

The apartment itself was a great lay out and access to the pool was ideal. The location is great with just a 15 minute walk into the town or marina.

Very spacious, clean, comfy and well equipped and appointed. The very large terrace is superb; for morning coffee through to evening meals. Everything you need is in the apartment. (And its close to Aldi if you run out of anything).

Relaxing short break in Lagos

Apartment impeccable with more than adequate facilities. Fifteen minutes walk from the Marina and old town. Local supermarkets nearby. The owner Rik was on hand if I had any queries. This all added up to a pleasant and relaxing short break in Lagos. Would book this apartment again in the future.

Brilliant experience

Really enjoyed staying here. The place is immaculate and has a luxurious feel. You have everything you need which makes for a relaxing stay. Location is handy for local amenities and not for from town centre. Thoroughly recommend this place to everyone.

Luxurious and relaxing

I have stayed at Rik's apartment on numerous occasions and it never fails to impress me every time I return. The apartment is impeccable and extremely equipped. The location is superb as you have numerous supermarkets on your doorstep ie Continent, Aldi, Intermarche, Lidl, etc. I also don't drive so rely on public transport and taxi's, the service is amazing (reliable) and also very cheap. Need I say more, other than to thank Rik and Steve for my well deserved break and I look forward to booking the apartment again soon. Kind regards.

Wonderful 4 week stay in Lagos

The apartment is well located, well furnished, comfortable and pleasant. The linens and towels could be upgraded as they look old. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lagos is a wonderful town, with many attractions. It has its old town pedestrian area and it has a wonderful marina, touristic activities and a health center with a wonderful indoor lap pool as well as gym classes and other activities.

A great place to stay

Our family have holidayed in Lagos for over 12 years now. This was our first stay in this apartment and we were very impressed with the facilities and the communication with the owner. The pool area was spacious and relaxing and good to have our own sunbeds. The location is great for the supermarket as it’s next door to Aldi but it’s a 15 - 20 minute walk into town. However, it’s a mere €2.50 to get back in an Uber. Overall a great place to stay and we will book again.

Fabulous Apt - very clean and spacious!

This property certainly lived up to expectations and more. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the breakfast counter was so handy - just like we have at home! It is very clean and has a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool. You get the sun from about 12 noon up to sunset. The Wifi was excellent in every room. The TV had lots of channels including all the sports channels. My husband was delighted. We felt very safe staying here as there is an access code required to gain entry at the front door. The apt is very quiet and secure. The walk into Lagos took us about 20 mins. Go out the front door and turn right until you meet the sea. We got a taxi home which was under €5.00. There are so many restaurants to choose from but our favourite was No Patio - booking essential. Another one was D. Henrique - a Michelin star restaurant and booking also essential. There is cocktail bar upstairs in Henrique's for that pre dinner drink! Both are more expensive than the other restaurants but so worth it! Aldi next door to the apt is great for the essentials but we found Continente down the road much better. Lagos is a lovely old town with plenty of shopping. Don't bring your high heels ladies as the cobbles are hard enough to walk on in the town - I wore flat sandals all the time! Rik and Steve were a pleasure to deal with from the word go and the entire booking went very smoothly. Thank you Rik and Steve. Would highly recommend this beautiful apt. in Lagos. Siobhan & John
