Che posto fantastico per una vacanza in famiglia o in famiglia !!! La migliore casa in affitto sul fiume St Clair o sul lago per le vacanze. Abbiamo tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per sentirti a tuo agio e felice con un sacco di ristoranti e opzioni per bere vicino a Seasmoke.
Tutti i letti sono dotati di lenzuola, trapunte, cuscini.
4 camere da letto al piano superiore al 2 ° piano. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato completo (lavandino, WC, doccia / vasca). 1 camera da letto davvero grande al primo piano con letto a castello che ha un letto matrimoniale sul fondo e un letto singolo in cima. Attaccato a quella camera da letto è il 'portico letto', che è chiuso al 100% e ha due letti singoli. 8 posti letto totali in casa!
Cucina completa. Forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, lavandino, frigorifero e congelatore full size e forno a gas e forno nuovissimi. il cantiere è GRANDE e PRIVATO! Recinzione di privacy da un lato del cortile e una fila di grandi alberi dall'altro. il cortile (fronte d'acqua) sembra un parco giardino privato e un ambiente meraviglioso per le vacanze.

La proprietà è abbastanza grande per ospitare una grande famiglia o una piccola famiglia. Questa casa NON si trova su un'isola, quindi non sei limitato a ciò che un'isola ha da offrire. C'è molto da fare nei dintorni di Algonac, Marine City, St Clair e New Baltimore.

Facile giro in barca fino alla baia di Anchor. l'intero lago ha un fondale sabbioso. niente rocce da colpire! Se non hai mai visto il fiume St Clair o il lago St Clair, non crederai all'acqua. è cristallino ma l'acqua assomiglia ai Caraibi. L'acqua è blu è semplicemente stupenda.

Ci rivolgiamo a famiglie, pescatori e diportisti. Ho una moglie, 3 figli e due barche. lo adoriamo ad Algonac. facciamo pesca dal molo e dalla barca. puoi portare i bambini tubing o sciare (dalla tua barca) proprio di fronte alla casa. questa è una bella, pulita, zona priva di criminalità del Michigan. è sicuro e divertente.

Johnnie Lega's è un ristorante e bar a servizio completo che dista solo due proprietà. Puoi facilmente andarci a piedi per colazione, pranzo, cena e bevande!

Questa casa è riscaldata da una nuova caldaia. Durante i mesi freddi, quando la caldaia è in uso per riscaldare la casa, i tubi del riscaldamento si contraggono e si espandono. Over all this was the most pleasant stay I have ever had. There was plenty of parking for 2 boat rigs. The dock was set up perfectly. Easy to dock boats and charge. The layout of the house was great. The area was peaceful. the neighbors were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone wants to come back. Working with the owner was extremely easy. He was very informative about the area. I would rate the stay as a 5. Thanks for a good time.

Loved this location

This house has an interesting history. It was just right for our large group of two parents, two adult kids and three teenagers. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The host was easy to contact with any problems-we blew a circuit breaker when cooking breakfast. The pictures could be updated on the outside as the hanging swing is no longer there. The dock made it easy to bring down our boat from the marina. Loved the location-lots to do in the area on rainy days, and of course the water and the view of Harsens Island were great.

My small family reunion

This would be a great place for a guys fishing trip. The fishing was great. The water was beautiful. The house was okay wasn't like the pictures. But it did accommodate everyone.

Fun Family time, hope to return next year

Located on the North Channel of the St. Clair river with excellent access to the water. We loved the fact that each bedroom had it's own bath and shower. We have three daughters and husbands and 4 grandkids so it really helped to have all the bathrooms. There is a lot of parking and it is next door to a nice local restaurant. It is close to the Krogers grocery store and not far from downtown Algonac. We swam in the river next to the 300 ft dock. There is a break wall and a ladder to get in and out, the water is deep and clear, there is no beach. There is a very slight current. This is a nice place for a retreat with no expectations of a fancy place. Just a good place to rest, talk, play games, watch boats and fish if that is your thing. The owner is very accessible and helpful if you experience problems while there.

Perfect Fishing Paradise

We have been traveling up to lake St Clair for a decade now. Before, we would stay in hotels. They were dirty, crowded, had unfriendly staff and we were beginning to question our saftey. The location of this lake house was AWSOME! You are on the water, the neighbors are great and neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house and Tom were GREAT! We had privacy, water front access, felt secure leaving all our fishing gear in boats and had enough room in the house to accommodate our group. We will definitely be looking forward to this again!

The location make it easy to access Lake St Clair, as the house sits on the North Channel of the St Clair River. kitchen had everything we needed. beds were comfortable. Yard was big. plenty of parking. Older house..it's not fancy or luxurious, but we loved it for our family fishing vacation.

Wonderful gathering place

We needed a place to gather a large crowd for Christmas. This was a great lay out. We all had a wonderful time. The only thing I think I would mention is that the kitchen hasn't been updated since the 1930s. Tom is a very nice man to talk to and we appreciated the honesty he provided including the clanky radiator's. Oh the childhood memories. :) It was a great time. Thanks Tom. Lisa Cummins

Wonderful, but...

The inside of the house was everything advertised. Bedrooms and baths were terrific. But the house really needs some TLC. The outside needs painting BADLY. The photo here is not close to the way it actually looks and the doors on the second floor can't be opened so bedrooms on that side could not get fresh air. It's a wonderful house but it needs help. Having the dock was also great. We caught a pretty nice size Pike. We would stay again. If you rent, seek out the next door neighbors. There is history over there that needs to be shared. To the owners: If you think the house, particularly the kitchen, is getting cleaned before new renters, I will tell you that we left it a whole lot cleaner than when we arrived.

This was well worth it, very comfortable place with a beautiful dock .

I would recommend this place, very nice and quiet. Everything you need is close and people are friendly. The dock is amazing and back porch to just sit and enjoy the place. Tom is always ready to answer questions and help in anyway he can. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next year.

Guys fishing trip

We spent 5 days fishing in the area. House worked out great and we caught lots of fish in the river and the lake. Even landed a 60 lb sturgeon. Back porch was a great hangout even in the rain. Location was perfect for everything!

Had a great time at the house in July 2017. Loved the four bedrooms upstairs each with their own private bath.The kids loved the big downstairs bedroom with enough beds to accomodate the five of them.The house had everything we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. The yard is well kept and there is a beautiful view of the water. Tom is the attentive owner and responded quickly to an issue we encountered. I would recommend this home to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing good time with their families.

The property was a great location on the Lake, to stores and restaurants.

My family and my brothers family rented this awesome house for a week as we were out in Michigan for a family reunion and vacation. There were 12 people in the house we had more than enough room and were comfortable in the space. We had 7 adults and 5 kids between the ages of 9 and 13. Great location to stores and restaurants in the area. The dock was perfect when my cousin picked us up on his pontoon boat for a day on Lake St Claire. We had two gatherings at the house which was a perfect place to host my relatives from both sides of my family. There was swimming, games and fishing so everyone was entertained. Couldn't have picked a better place for our family vacation. The neighbors were great and friendly, which you don't always find next to a rental property as they feel your invading their space. The owner, Tom, was nothing but willing to resolve any issues or answer questions. We did not have any issues during our stay but he answered little questions to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely look to stay here in the future.
