This spectacular holiday villa with outdoor Jacuzzi and an impressive private pool offers an unforgettable holiday to the whole family, who will enjoy a relaxing stay all comfort. The modern and light-filled indoor area and the spacious gardens that envelop the house guarantee a dreamlike spot, where you can recharge your batteries and enjoy your well-earned holidays.

The villa features two floors, both characterised by modern furniture, Scandi decor and bright rooms, where the light colours and big windows prevail to provide a welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, the full windows let you enjoy the precious landscape that surrounds the villa.

On the ground floor, you will find the open-space living room. The dining-living room is spacious and incredibly luminous; the fabulous central fireplace stands out, providing a show of light and a warm ambience during the winter evenings. Comfortable sofas and armchairs pair up with the wooden dining table, located in one corner of the room. The remaining part of the area is occupied by the fabulous open kitchen, equipped with modern appliances that let you enjoy a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. One features a double bed. The other is also provided with one double bed, in addition to a sofa bed for two people, and private access to a splendid terrace. Here, you can rejoice in the panorama while relaxing in the shaded area. The ground floor is also provided with a fabulous bathroom with a shower and a freestanding bathtub.

The villa's third bedroom is located on the top floor; it's equipped with one double bed and an en-suite with a shower.

The ground floor's living room and the top floor's bedroom are provided with warm/cool air-con. The whole house features underfloor heating.

Back to the ground floor, the living room opens onto the fabulous terrace via the lovely French doors. In the porch, you will find a big dining table, ideal for the whole family to gather and make the most of their "al fresco" meals. You can also sit around this table and have your breakfast here, starting your day off the right way. A BBQ is available outside the house and, on the other side of the porch, you will find a relaxing chill-out area.

The perfectly-maintained garden leads down to the private pool area, which is undoubtedly the cherry on the pie. Here, you can refresh, relax and sunbathe as much as you want. The swimming pool is heated from May to September. You will also be able to use the outdoor, hot-water Jacuzzi, available year-round at an extra cost of €150/week. All of this is enveloped by a fabulous natural landscape, thanks to which you can truly relax and have your strengths regenerated. A vast sports court complete the outdoor facilities.

The access to the villa is possible via a 2.3-km dirt track.
