There is an excellent bus service from La Cala that will take you to Fuengirola or Marbella very cheaply. For walkers, the beach board-walk is amazing and goes for miles. “We stayed here as our base for a family vacation exploring Andalucia. The home had all the accommodations our family of three needed. We had plenty of room to relax in the county side, with a view of the Mediterranean, after a day trip to Cordoba or a day out in Malaga. If you are willing to walk a little, its easy to catch the local bus #34 after a short walk down the hill to bus station. Doloros and Juan Carlos were helpful and friendly. Clean, comfortable and a beautiful setting.”
