A unique house with a garden, very close to the beach

A single-story house with a large front terrace and a tree-lined backyard. A 10-minute walk from the beach, right in the heart of Cabo de las Huertas. Two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own full bathroom. It can accommodate four people, or two more if they are children and sleep on the sofa bed. The house has parking right outside the door, within a gated community featuring a pool and green spaces. It’s a quiet area, but there are shops nearby and a recreational area within walking distance. It’s connected to the city center by bus and tram.
The best part of the house is being able to sit down for breakfast or lunch at the garden table, where a huge ficus tree provides shade and coolness all day long.
From the house, you can walk to the beach in less than ten minutes. Once there, you’ll find a large area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, along with a beach bar open all summer long that serves food and drinks. Just a few steps away is a rental shop for roller skates and kayaks, which you can use to paddle around Cabo de las Huertas and admire the incredible scenery.
On the front terrace, there’s a shower where you can rinse off the sand when you return from the beach.
