Ville a Aliso Viejo

“The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.”

“This is a great location, a few blocks from Ocean Ave. The balcony views were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.”

“The pool was clean and refreshing, the house was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool table! ”

“The accommodation experience was excellent!”

“Stunning location and balcony. Can't find a better view than the one from this villa. This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Nice that there was also A/C, a fireplace, and good wifi.”

“We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. Torn and badly worn carpets. worn out linens, rusting patio furniture with sharp edges, mattress in main bedroom worn out with trenches on...

“Great view. A little elevated from the ocean. Good amount of stairs down to the beach. Clean unit, but a bit dated.”

“I would stay here again. Close to the beach and beautiful view”
