“Had some issues making an adjustment to original booking dates despite it saying changes or cancelations could be made up to a day before arrival. Instead of removing one of the three nights they cancelled the existing booking entirely and rebooked for 2 at a date much closer to the trip which drastically increased the cost of this stay. Room had a weird smell. About what you would expect for a lower cost hotel/motel type stay.”

“While Dayton is a smaller community, the Dayton Inn and the town itself exceeded our expectations! This hotel has 12 beautifully appointed rooms with exceptional upgrades such as heated towel bars in the bathroom, afternoon wine and cheese social and wonderful bedding. The manager cheerfully greeted us at check in and although our room wasn't ready, she provided many options in town to consider while we waited. The location is very convenient to so many different wineries and the town itself...

“Like their other properties, this is not a regular hotel. It's better. No TV in room, shared bathroom, 3 bars and restaurant. Like visitin europe, including a wardrobe in your room. Fun and quirky, get one of the 3rd floor patio rooms if it is hot”

“We booked the more expensive room and when we arrived they gave us the cheaper room that smelled. When I returned to the desk they told me it was a pet room (hence no carpeting). They changed it. When I checked out I asked if they could kindly hold my bag because my husband took the car to a meeting and would pick them up in a couple hours so I did t have to drag them to breakfast meeting. They refused. No willingness to accommodate me. Very disappointing customer service for a Best Western. ...

“Beds were great - large and comfortable. However, the carpet was worn through in front of our room. The toilet clogged up, and the indigent clientele was a bit of a surprise. There is some sort of social services program being run there, as we saw social service room checks being conducted, people without shoes and poor clothing and people with very severe health issues. Great that they are helping the less fortunate, just would let people know ahead of time.”
