“The view and the upper floor are nice and were handed over in a clean state. Street parking is available infront of the property. However on the 5th day of our stay, we got a realy nasty surprise. After it had rained a bit during the night, the sewage started pressing up through the showers and toilets on the ground floor. This meant that a horrendous odor was spreading throughout the house. This was the state of things for the remainder of our stay. After some research on the sewage treatment...

“Hemos tenido problema con uno de los baños desde el primer día, atascado y nos hemos ido y no nos lo han arreglado. Hemos tenido que utilizar 7 personas un solo baño. Avisamos pero no sirvió de nada. La casa estaba muy mal equipada especialmente la cocina, con muy poco menage. El secador de pelo no funcionaba.”

“Slight negatives first. The property was advertised as pet friendly and with TV/internet. The instructions prior to check in said no pets and no TV. We resolved the first issue but it did cause worry as we were already travelling. There was a modem but the internet signal was weak to the point of being unusable. The only issue with the property was the drainage in one of the bathrooms was poor. Turning on the basin tap and the water returned through the shower outlet. I think it would be helpful...

“We had a lovely time in Portugal and at the villa. We stayed for a week and were 3 families with children aged from 2 to 6. Villa has lots of space, beds were comfy. The pool is amazing although tileda around the pool hence quite slippery. The villa is located near some beautiful surging beaches and also 30min by car to the South where you can visit calm beaches.”

“Fantastic property, very clean, good layout, very well stocked and a welcome pack. Great outdoor space, peaceful location. We had a hire car which was a must as we explored every where. Restaurants 15 min walk away and mini supermarket. Ideal location and the owner easily contactable. Perfect.”

“We (family with two boys) were in the house for one week in August. The house was even better than expected from the photos, especially the obviously new pool area. Everything was clean and nice. There are very nice beaches in the area, especially Monte Clerigo. And: we can absolutely suggest to hike at the coast in Rota Vicentina. The einer was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the very nice vacation.”

“Die Gegend ein Traum, die Villa mit Pool ok für uns, unsere erwachsenen Kinder und deren Partner, Schlafzimmer und Bäder sauber und gut, Eirichtung vom Haus nicht geeignet für 8 Personen, Kühlschrank mit nur einen kleinen Eisfach zu klein, zu wenig Geschirr, keine Waschmaschine Urlaub war trotzdem toll, nächstes Mal jedoch in einem anderen Haus”

“What a property. What a stay. This house is truly amazing. The kitchen is really well equipped. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining. And the location to the beach and local eats is a bonus. Filipa the property manager welcomed us to the house and was super responsive with communications. Stay here if you can!”

“Já haviamos estado na casa, muito boa para o número de pessoas e respectivos agregados. Apenas de salientar que em alguns aspectos necessita de ligeiras (insignificantes) manutenções... mas com o tempo certamente se fará. Recomendo!”
