“Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ....

“Very nice staff, delicious breakfast. Had trouble finding plates, cups and glasses at breakfast but that’s because we were a bit late and they had a Christmas party of 130 going on! Bedroom was very nice but the mattress was too much hard for us. Good value overall.”

“Great location, right in the centre of town but did mean our room, with single glazed windows, was extremely noisy. Other than that, everything was great about the hotel and room. The staff were great, the breakfast delicious, the room and bathroom were huge and well appointed.”

“The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. ”

“Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”

“Ok, per un prezzo che è un terzo di quello di un Hilton nel centro storico di Canterbury non si può pretendere troppo. Eppure 15 anni fa sarebbe costato 35€ a notte, non 90.
Si tratta effettivamente di un dormitorio universitario riadattato a stanze di hotel, nel campus dove è possibile spesso imbattersi in studenti che scorrazzano. Il livello di rumore è cmq mantenuto sotto controllo.
