“We arrived to the hotel and while checking in at the front desk, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling near the front desk and floor area. Needless to stay we canceled immediately and left.”

He also explained everything we needed to know clearly. The hotel was nice and quiet, which made the stay comfortable. We used the pool and spa, and both were nice.
