“Room was amazing and very clean ...the bed was very comfortable the house is amazing and very close to the town center ...very happy indeed ”

“The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars.”

“The breakfast menu was fresh. The only thing that I would say is that I had to retune the TV every time I switched it off and on again ”

“The main part of the hotel was stunning. The room I was in & the grounds needs a little TLC and. But overall comfortable night. The lates and resivour was lovely to walk around and spot local wildlife etc. ”

“Entire property well maintained clean Breakfast buffet style seemed a little over priced Reception staff and room attendants were fabulous Spa underwhelming more akin to a gym facility which is the main use perhaps but none the less clean not crowded and convenient and good value as included in room price ”

“Stanza con il minimo necessario, per Cortona tutto funzionante. Odore di chiuso. Musica fino a tardi perché al piano sotto fanno musica live fino a tardi. Rumore di macchine e traffico tutto il giorno. No colazione neanche a pagamento. Non consiglio. ”

“No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 ”
