“We had a great 3 night stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Prayagraj! The rooms were spacious and comfy. The food at restaurants onsite, including the brunch, was excellent. One thing they should improve on is the service at the restaurant - it was very slow. Probably they need more chefs. We will come back again and highly recommend this centrally-located hotel.”

“Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”

“There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible.”
