“Room was very clean and looked nice. It had a full size fridge, kitchen sink, cook top and plenty of cabinets. Living room and desk area on one side and beds/bathroom on the other. Only complaint is the only TV is on the living room side. Also if traveling with children u should be aware it is only a standup shower, no tub. Close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Pool was heated and very nice, warm towels in there too. Front lobby has snacks and drinks for sake that are a fair price for being...

“The breakfast is the same as in most HI Express hotel, which I like the consistency. The beds were ok but too soft to my husband and son. Everything was well maintained and spotless.”

“Our room was extremely noisy. Every phone notification our neighboring room had was clear as day in ours. Every footstep above us banged loudly in ours. The smoke alarm in our room beeped periodically and the front desk staff told us they wouldn't be able to get to it until at least the next day. I would probably recommend staying elsewhere if you can.”
