“L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Bello e attrezzato, ma un po' lasciato andare. Abbiamo apprezzzato molto la piscina e le camere, spaziose e piulite. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare sia sulle quantità/varietà che sul servizio, alcune volte si dimenticano di esporre parte della colazione, ad esempio non ci era chiaro se e quando fossero disponibili gli yogurt. Ottima la posizione per visitare la foresta di Allegheny! ”

“When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. ”

“I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money .”

“The hot tub was not available. My room had burn holes on the rug. Also the bathroom the shower wall was all busted open.”

“The room was in need of a very good deep cleaning. There were spots on the wall and around the light fixtures that we could only hope were coffee or some other type of brown food. The baseboards were coated in dust and dirt. The sheets were a dingy yellowish color that I was reluctant to lay on, and the bedspread was extremely stiff and scratchy. This was definitely a disappointment given the reviews that we had read online for this location. We would never book there again nor recommend it to...

“This place was just ok. I was pleased the pool was clean and in working order, but otherwise there was a lot that was underwhelming. On our second day, our keys stopped working, and when I went to get new ones, had to wait a long while because lots of folks were checking in and some were returning to the desk because their assigned rooms were dirty or had people actively in them. Overall, kinda spooky vibes, understaffed, and under-cared-for.”
