“All of the above. Cleanliness, the room, the staff, location. I enjoyed the ambience. It had nice warm & cozy feel to it. It must have been the fireplace & the music. The amenities were not bad either but they would want to put some padding on those ironing boards & a dresser draw wouldn’t hurt either. Lol. “Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast.
