“I understand it’s you get what you pay for but man where do I begin. Check in went fine so there’s that. Got to the room the top bedding and general room state were a little rough. Went to prepare for a concert and the room had no hand soap, no body wash and no hot water. I called the front desk to ask about either soaps and was told they had no hand soap but I could come down and grab some body wash then I said okay I’ll be right down. I then hung up the phone and immediately walked downstairs...
