You can always call ahead and speak to a front desk agent to have them included it in your price when you pay which is a little cheaper than buying it outright in the morning. Good afternoon, I do apologize that you were upset that Hilton Garden Inn does not offer a free breakfast. We do offer a full cooked to order breakfast where most hotels only offer the free buffet style breakfast. If you are in our area again and would like to have breakfast included you are able to add it to your room rate per guest at a very discounted rate. I hope you give us another chance in the future if you are in our area.

I apologize for the worn dirty feel you got from the rooms as they actually were just remodeled about a year ago. :( We do still have some upgrading to do in the hotel which I hope that makes the place look a little better. We are sorry for the limited parking, that is due to a sink hole that formed in our parking lot and we have to wait a certain amount of time to survey the area. This is something out of our control. As far as getting into our property you do not have to make that u turn. You can just turn left at that light and it will bring you right to us. I hope you change your mind on giving us another opportunity

Sorry for the pool being so cold. Our pool is not heated but we are working on an upcoming remodel of some areas of the hotel and hoping the cold pool will be rectified.
