“The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. taking into consideration that our arrival was a bit earlier and because my friend is a Wyndam client they gave us the room right away and in a convenient area, and took care of any request immediately.”

“Floor in room was dirty, there were no facial tissues, there was only one thin towel for two people, there was no maid service. Would not recommend this motel.”

“The bathroom was very dirty, and there was barely any toilet paper left—less than a quarter of a roll. I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room with a very strong cigarette odor. The smell was so bad that I had difficulty sleeping. I decided to stay because I arrived very late at night, and I did not want to go to the lobby to complain and risk being there until morning.
